I am so fedup with tata docomo..that they are deducting my balance in a very bad way. When I make a call they deduct 1 rupee for only 15 sec .Also when I type sms GPRS 65 THEY ALWAYS ACTIVATE A PACK OF RS 5 .AND WHEN I CALL COUSTMER CARE THEY SAY sir aapnay galat type kiya hoga..This happend a month before and also today. When my data records says that I always use 65 rs pack what the hell they have problem.?I called up cc they said si 4 hours baad call krna. Abhi humare pass info nai ayi .And the people just answer hum aapko smjharahe hai ki 4 hours baad call krna.aap pehle aise coustomer ho jisko itni problem aati hai. When tata is unable to provide proper services why they are giving services. They should shut down their companies.Nao what shoul I do.

Hello sir,
I recharge 50 Rs. my mobile at 20/5/2012 at morning 10 a.m. my mobile
Number is 8087614468 . The retailer mobile number is 8087098506. On this
Retailer mobile got The msg that the recharge successfully. But on my mobile number 8087614468 no any msg as well as balance comes.
My dad check the retailer mobile in that they got a msg that balance is transfer successfully. I the time of reacharge 20 may morning I m in a travling because of that some time my mobile is out of range. my dad recharge my mobile. At 21 may I return to home that time dad said i done the recharge . So I check the retailer book that the the number is correct or not. This number is correct. but there mobile msg memory is full so they delete all msgs daily at night. When at 21 may retailer call the custermer care that the balance not got the custermer so they said we not provide information before 24 hours. So how can I check this .
The retailer mobile number is 8087098506. Please You check there 20 may morning transation in that they transfer balance on my mobile.
And give me my balance as early as possible

tata docomo has turned into a thug company...they r deducting my balance without any issues...smtumes RS50 or 100..today a talked to a docomo cuctomer care ex. Ruchi....she didnt give me any solution.i reqst. her for senior executive she said...they r not free for u..she put my number to dnd...they r showing dictatorship.....i dont now how to file a case or legal complaint against docomo and its customer executives....kindly let me know...my no. is...........07206317421

dear sir,
i am a tata docomo user since 2 years.the service was quite good in the beginging.bt recently tata docomo is deducting my balance absolutely baselessly.few days ago 45 rupees was deducted from my account for a caller tune which i had not subscribed.bt when i called them up and told them about this, they credited my account with that amount..but again today they have deducted 30 rupees baselessly and i have received that sms recently from LM-MERTIN.if this kind of deduction continues then i will be bound to leave this service this month only.and another thinhg is that your customer care is not receiving my call..i want my 30 rupees back or i will lodge my complaint to consumer code..
