i am soumyadip saha , a resident of alipurduar( dist-jalpaiguri). I am having a continious problem in both incoming and outgoing calls .. I am facing this problem since 2 weeks . In case of any incoming calls, i cant hear any thing .. In better words it becomes blank.. when ever i talked with the customer care agents , they always said that there is something wrong with my handset... But i have changed my handset thrice,still i am facing the same problem...when such thing happens then again when i try to call back ,the same thing happens,, that is it again becomes blank...in this cases not only i cant hear ,the person who is on line, he also cant hear any thing.... I have been fighting at Nodal / appellate/ customer care from last 14 days for illegal deduction of more than 129/ for internet & morethan 200/- for VAS services on my docomo no. 9029600404. Registered more than 25 complaints.either they are not attended or executive calls up with fake versions. I shall try to produce some part of E-mails sendas reproduced below for sake of other customers.

This is the 2nd time that I'm posting my complaint here for the same problem.
52rs. was deducted from my account against 1paisa per SMS pack but that was wrong deduction. I made the complaints and got complaint nos. also.
Customer care executives were saying that amount has been refunded but when I talked with Senior executive and floor officers were agreed that amount was deducted but never refunded. In their computer system it is showing that amount has been refunded but they only have mentioned that amount is refunded. but if they will check in deep then they will come to know that amount was deducted from my account but never added by Reliance. Earlier they were saying that amount will be refunded but now they are saying that amount is already refunded.
Today i.e. on 17 sep 2011, i got a call from Reliance Mumbai and she said that amount is already refunded and I might have not checked but when i said that please check in your computer that 52rs. was deducted but 52rs. was not added. Because 52rs. is not a small amount that I might not get to know that amount is refunded. If 52rs. will be deducted or addedd, surely we will come to know about this. But she said just disconnected the call and said she cant help me.
Now I have a request to Consumer Court, please take some acton against Reliance GSM. Whatever I have discussed with them, they would have the recordings from 30th August 2011 till. 30th Aug 2011 is the date when 1st time they deducted the amount. Please take the action against them.

my mobile no 9583501070 has been activated for cll me tune n live arati since 23oct without my consent. the no. 155223 sent by sms dos not respond for deactivation. it is un nessary harrasment. pl. look after. i have been usin this phone for lon time mostly to make isd calls. iam lodging this complain with a hope that this manot be repeated in future.pl. take care otherwise i will be forced to discontinue the service. thank u.

this is absolutely false. i have never opted for any such subscription. No deduction/bill for such services should be made.

hi, I am sandeep verma , i have being using tata docomo prepaid service from last 2 year and In this 2 years i have used two tata docomo numbers 1. 9044295060 2. 9044195414. but On my 9044295060 number gprs service hasn't been woking from last 6 months. and in this last 6 months many time i've compliant ed in customer care , but still i m unable to use gprs service, i tried to complaint again in customer care today but Twice my call was disconnected by customer care executive (Nikhil & other person) and once i called by 1. 9044295060 2. 9044195414 . i just want avail gprs service on 9044295060. . help. me

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have Taken a new docomo e-stic(7795105614) from one of its reatiler shooroom in Kammanhalli ,Bangalore. The Retailor informed me that the money paid for device will be deducted from monthly bills ( 1250 Rs-400 =850) and the first month usage is free of cost and the same has been confirmed by the customer care department of Tata docomo. However i was receving above 2000 Rs bill for couple of months .I have raised a complaint with customer care and executive nameed Ms.Preeti told me that she will get it resolved with in 10 days.However Billing Issue complaint no 266761009 opened on 2nd june by Ms.preethi~~M5204166 has not resolved yet.I have stopped using Tata docomo used this billing issue.I have over paid tata docomo the same need to be reiburse at the earliest. Please reolve it immedialty other wise i will apprach csutomer court to get it resolved.
