    Post Reliance took Rs.799 without giving any Talktime or any Facility

    I'm a Reliance Prepaid Customer from NCR. My mobile no. is 9312681442. Reliance had a tariff plan for R2R free all India for a recharge of Rs.799 till last month. Now they have changed the plan to a recharge of Rs.999 without any notice. When I reacharged Rs.799 on 1st May 2009 online at around 12:15 AM I found that by bank balance got deducted by Rs.799 and I didn't get any facility from Reliance. Rather the Customer Care Officer says that you will get no facility on recharging Rs.799.
    If they change their tariff how can they take my money?
    If at least they don't return the money they should have given me the talktime of Rs.799.
    I want to place my complaint in the Consumer Court regarding this as it seems as a kind of theft.

    Unhappy Reliance Infocomm

    My misery starts with reliance advertisement about upgrading old mobile handset. I went Reliance Web World Sarabha Nagar for the same and inquired latest model they offer. The salesman show LG RD 6000 and told its latest model from LG. 1.LG RD 6000 cost Rs.9799.00 2.Credit Card Intt @ 2.95% from 09/03/2005 3.Data Cable bill no.1111 dt.11/03/05 for Rs.1564.00 4.Convance charges for wisting Web Word every week

    Angry Reliance took Rs. 225 without giving any Talktime or any Facility

    I was recharging my reliance number working in Chhattisgarh state via gorecharge.com on 28.11.2012 but after recharging my reliance number (7828244141) i got the confirmation message that i will be getting Rs. 0.01 talk time without any validity. Reliance took Rs.225 without giving any Talktime or any Facility. Where my recharge amount gone please ask from reliance? what kind of recharge is that?

    hi my no is 7620993221 from pune i m doing 799 recharge from last 6 months but from last three months,my main balance gets automaticly reduced by making free calls.. some times i m having balance still the error voice comes "u have no balnce for the call".. i m suffering a lot...oso i m not able to use free other network 30 mins after 11 as they are reducing my main balance oso from there...what kind of network is this...reliance only talks much inside full empty...
