(Reliance ka sapna praya maal apna. LOL)

I have Reliance GSM connection no 8010350617 from last 3-4 months. The company was promising very cheap call rates. but then i realized it is costing me more than any other good service provide.
just after one month they started deducting balance for the value added services that i have not activated.
First i deactivated Caller tune,
they again started without permission and deducted balance.
then they started FM and deducted balance.
I called CC to deactivate.
Then they started Amitabh blog. and deducted balance.
i deactivated it. they started cricket pack
i deactivated it,
they again started amitabh blog.
i deactivated it.
they started cricket pack stating its through rworld.
it was too costly 5 rs per day.
i deactivated, then they started caller tune.
i deactivated it, they again stared cricket pack.
again i deactivated it along with starting Do not dsturb service,
they again started it stating its through IVR.

And customer care talks in a way "we are not here to listen ur words, we have to tell what our system show."
and there system is just crap.
Please tell if i can file a complaint against reliance. if yes then please tell procedure.
