I am Anil Gupta holding Reliance communication pre-paid connection since 26th December 2008. Since month of February I started getting health tips SMS on my handset,and lots of other SMS it to go for cricket,jokes,tunes etc, but I never takes it seriously,but on 29th April I got SMS thanking me for subscribing for Shairies, so Rs 10 will be deducted after every 10 days,I was shocked,that I never subscribed for such services so how they activated, its clearly breach of trust by reliance communication.on 30th April I complained to the customer service about this service rather than apologetic, they say serviece activated with my approvel,when I told them whats the proof that I given my approvel they say they cant disclose,it is very rediculous,when I say I never opt for any such services,then they told me that I already opted for Health Tips, for that they are deducting Rs.30 every month from month of January,2009, I never believes that such big co. Reliance is so cheap to extract money from customer they will fall into such lower standard.

I want to lodge complaint against Reliance company for cheating,and harassment by wrongful means.Hoping for early solution. Thankyou very much
