It is matter of high concern that from at list last one and half month (that is from 08 Sep 2010) in all reliance mobile outgoing and in comming calls can not be made. when ever any one contact custemer care the representetive simply says that its problem of your hand set. when some one goes to the reliance office there they says that it is problem from head office mumbai and we will get it corrected soon. we find that SMS can be sent and this service can be used but voice calling service is stopped. i think that this matter is not addressed to the higher reliance authority. my no is 9333803228 if any assistance you may SMS this no Cause voice call service is not working.
