Airtel connection disconneted : 9845784565 Dear Sir,
My airtel connection got disconnected on Monday evening (11-OCT 2010) without any warning.
I had submitted the documents on 11-OCT-2010 at Airtel relationship center: Ramya's telecom, KR Puram ,Bangalore. Application number is 5933187. Upon submitting the documents, I was asked to send a SMS to 222 in foloowing format: R<SPACE><Mobile number>. I have send the SMS immediately and got a reply saying 'Thanks for confirmation'.
On calling customer care on 12-OCT-2010, I was informed that I have to wait three days after submitting the documents before my number can be activated and I was asked to wait. But even after four days my number didnt get activated.
I called customer care again on 15-OCT-2010 was informed that my number got recycled because documents were not submitted. I was told that the airtel center has not processed my documents.
Now the customer care is asking me to take a new connection. I have been using this number for eight years now, i dont want to loose this number just because the airtel center forgot to process my documents.
Please suggest how I should proced.

Still waiting for connection Dear Rakesh,
I have submitted the documnets again on 20th, waited for three days and called customer care today, only to find out that my documents are not processed again. I really want to file a case againt Airtel for mental harrasment.
Please dont reply to my post with your standard copy paste.
