    Default Airtel connection disconnected: 9535493818

    Dear Sir,

    Yesterday(14-Oct-2010), my airtel connection got disconnected without any intimation. on calling customer care was informed that the connection was disconnected due to incorrect documents. But we had submitted the documents twice. first time while taking the connection. Second time we got intimation for airtel to submit documents for verification . so on 28-Aug-2010, we have submitted documents at Airtel office(Ramya's telecom) at KR Puram ,Bangalore.

    Earlier ,When they needed documents for verification(on 26-Aug-2010), they routed all my outgoing calls to their customer service and informed that documents should be submitted ; otherwise connection will be disconnected.
    Inspect of submitting the documents , they have disconnected the connection. They should have atleast informed us , before disconnecting the connection(by routing the calls to customer care).

    Recently I have recharged my number. What about the balance amount. is Airtel going to repay the amount.
    IS this a new method to extract money from customers.

    Now the customer care is suggesting to take a new connection . or just saying we are sorry we cant do anything

    please note mine is not anew connection. i have been using it from past 7 months.

    What action we can take on Airtel.
    PLease suggest.

    Default Services disconnected without intimation

    Hello ,

    This is ABDUL MUZEEB, Airtel customer last Seven Years, my mobile no is 09866129772 (Pre Paid Customer).

    One sudden day i.e., Dt.9-01-2013 I received a message to submit my Photo ID and Address Proof within 24 hours, unfortunately at that I am in camp, after 24 Hours they stopped the Services.

    After coming from camp I submitted all relevant documents as they required, after two days i connected services.

    After one week My SIM registration was failed and my services was stopped.

    Why such things will happen regularly in Airtel, kindly pursue the matter and give me reply immediately.

    I want to reconnect immediately.

    Dear Client,

    If there is any deficiency in product /services by any company /service provider in any sectors like manufacturing, hotels, transport, telephone department, electricity department, hospitals, banks, educational institution etc, then you can approach consumer court.

    Immediately send a legal notice stating clearly all the facts, and presenting them an opportunity of 15 days to rectify the deficiency on their part. If such period has expired with no positive action on their part, you may file a Consumer Complaint before the Forum or Commission as appropriate in accordance with the jurisdiction.

    You should file a consumer case against the Company for deficiency in services / products and asks for refund of amount along with damages for causing mental harassment.
