This is Ardhyang Upadhyay. I am presently working with Ranbaxy Lab. Ltd. at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh. I have purchased a new connection of Airtel a long back. On 26th of September, I came to know that my mobile phone services have been terminated without any intimation. On enquiry they stated that documents of mine are missing. I have submitted my documents at the time of purchase and as a result there was no issue with my connection, but eventhough considering any mishappen I have submitted my documents again for my mobile no. 9816361231 and concern person has confirmed receipt by giving receipt by confirming my form no. as 006138923. My calling services have been activiated but my Internet services have not bee statrted yet. I have called their customer care and registered complaints for that several time at cost of mine, as their customer care service is also chargable. But it is yet not rectified neither they have refunded my money, deducted for internet services, which was not provided. Money deduted for said services from my balance on 26th of September for the service of one month (Till 26th October). But till time said service not activated / recovered.

Everytime their customer care is confirming that my complain is genuine and it is registered with them, but no solution as on time.
