I am facing problem with Vodafone mobile services. They wanted me to submit the ID proof and Address proof to avoid the disconnection. I submitted the ID proof and address proof on 6th of October 2010. They had told me that they need 24 hours to complete the process. But till today 14th of October 2010 when ever i try to call anyone i will get a voice message telling me to submit the address proof and ID proof, and now they have barred the caller ID display option, resulting in me not able to find who is calling me on my mobile phone. I had called Vodafone care 6 times to get this cleared. but each time i used to get the same response saying that this will be rectified within 24 hours. Due to this I suffered a lot loosing an oppurtunity to get a job in a company. Please help in this regard. Please suggest me how to go with this complaint here after.
