Airtel POst Paid Connection Hi,
This is Vinil i had taken a Airtel postpaid connection in 2008 bearing Mobile No :9000030366 from then i was using the connection but all of sudden i got a message in may 2010 that to submit the documents once again so when i submitted many times at Begumpet airtel office i didn't get the problem solved at last i thought of converting the postpaid to prepaid then the executive at customer care office told that it had been disconnected & allotted to other person how can it happen with out intimating me about the disconnection so i asked him how to get back my number he said that it takes three months to get disconnect & convert to my name . i compliant this many times with customer care also but no response. when i go now to take connection he say that it is not possible to get the number as the number is in deactivate stage & the person is not using it .so what is the process to get the number back again.
