    Angry Worst service from Air-tel prepaid customer care

    Sir,
    I am Durgadevi, using airtel prepaid 9940044140. From the morning 8.15 i was trying to raise a
    complaint regarding a barred service for my another number. I was getting
    various answers from the executives., So i was irritated, at last i was
    connected to one of the higher officials, he was also not giving proper answer.
    In this period call was disconnected thrice bcoz of airtel technical problem. I
    thought i got a solution. So i sent a msg to a toll free number 700, but i
    received a reply "Plz wait for few mins". I was waiting not for minutes Sir,
    more than 4 hours!!! But no proper reply, so again i called 198, but i got a
    voice reply that after pressing 3rd or 4th option, "your call is rejected".
    After that i called 121, in that field also no proper response, they commited
    me within 4hrs they will arrange for a call back, but even after 5hrs, i didnot
    receive any calls. Very worst service providing to
    customers. Executives are not obedient, higher officials are not responsible,
    nodal officer also careless.

    Hi, I am prepaid connection user of Airtel, my number is 9535395553, on 20-Nov-2010 I had a problem with my internet connection which I had activated, I was using airtel internet from long time and on this day I lost the connection, I called up 12118 at around 10.30am one technical executive picked up the call and I narrated my problem, he gave some stupid solution of giving manual APN setup, I had connection half an hour before later I had problem, I told that I had connection before later he told that there is some server problem will be fixed by evening, friend who was sitting next to me had similar mobile with airtel connection he didn't had that problem, I told ok, when I checked by evening same problem continued, I called up 198 and raised complain a lady instead of taking my problem she again directed me to 12118, where I will be getting senseless solution, and this lady while on call when I was complaining she told "thank you for calling and disconnected". Later I called up same number to raise complaint about the customer care to the manager, that person did not pick the call even after 20min. Airtel has worst customer care support, the technical support team is not at all supportive they should be trained in proper manner to solve problem, hope you will take my consideration.
