I spoke with customer care person on saturday regarding STD tariff. he told about
99/- offer. When I went and recharge with 99/- ,I got a Talk time of 71/- rupees.
For that I got a confirmation with the message also. After that I recharge for 49/-
to decrease my STD caller rates.After recharging with 49/- ,I lost total talk time
71/- .When I gave a compliant they are telling that you did't receive any talk time
message for 99/-,but I have it in my mobile even now. Finally I lost 99/- rupees.
What is the solution for this.
