Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a new customer of reliance cdma prepaid service, i have face a problem to deduct balance 4-5 times on my no.9352095110, i have called customer care more than 10 times in different date & time, when i call they say that u have not activate any service but during system problem & system updation we can not find out the reason to reduce balance, every time when i call customer care there is the same responce. i also speak tha senior executive but tha same responce here. every time i call customer care since last 10 days they advice me to call later,my balance reducing is continue. therefore i want to take the action against them as soon as possible.

TRAI should have standing instructions with these all service providers to first of all trained the customer care persons well/professionally (How to handle the customer with full care and soft speaking) and also there should be the way to reach the senior persons escaping the stupid customer care executives.

So i will request whom so ever is concerned with this mail to take the fast and strict action against them so that they should not repeat the same ever with any valuable customers and also to sort out my matter which is making my loss and mental harrasment.
