Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Vodafone's customer since last more than 10 years and none of the time i am a defaulter or late payment customer at all, infect paid every time double of the bill amount to keep my history clean. Even then Vodafone has barred/stopped my out going since 9th Oct 2010 without any proper reason, cause and intimation which is very much ridiculous and business loss for me, therefore i want to take the action against them as soon as possible.
When i called customer care (Ms. Anita) then they kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes and disconnect the call, second and third time too the same happened while i told the 2nd (Raj Kumar) and 3rd person (Kanika) not to do that and also to connect me to your senior persons/manager to speak and bring the concerns in his/her knowledge but they did not bother and did unprofessional & untrained act which bothered me bit more as i was not seeing any way of sorting out my problem.
TRAI should have standing instructions with these all service providers to first of all trained the customer care persons well/professionally (How to handle the customer with full care and soft speaking) and also there should be the way to reach the senior persons escaping the stupid customer care executives.
So i will request whom so ever is concerned with this mail to take the fast and strict action against them so that they should not repeat the same ever with any valuable customers and also to sort out my matter which is making my business loss and mental harrasment.
