I am having a IDEA pre paid which is converted into post paid connection for that I filled a form at the IDEA dealer M/S Nexus Services situated at west enclave, Pitampura, New Delhi. The sales executive told me the wrong information about the tariff plan.

The sales executive are fraud they just want to sell their connection.

My experience with this IDEA service is pathetic.
