Infinity solutions, shivajinagar, pune is the authorised service center for Micromax in pune, i brought 2 micro max mobile and guess what the both battery's were damage in few months i went to infinity solutions to replace the battery but first they took almost 1 month and then they replace my damage battery with another damage battery as i told them its not getting charge they said that i have to charge battery for a day then it will be allright but the next day i left the pune and went to Chandigarh for few months but my mobile's r still not working as they gave me and open sealed battery with all scratches on it, i sold one of my micromax mobile which i buyed in 4500 for just 900 rs in 4 months and the other mobile is completly shut down the day i replaced the battery .... this is theft to customer from infinity solutions... and micromax mobiles r the worst mobiles ever to buy.
Please let me know whom to contact for such issue.

Maine micromax x410 mobile purchase kiya hai. But uski battery 4-5 hours me charge hoti hai. Battery full charge hone ke baad bhi wo todi der me down ho jati ha. maine battery bhi badal di fir bhi ye problem hai.2nd problem ye hai ki jab bhi main sms bhejta hu to mera phone automatic band ho jata hai. Aur fir se chalu ho jata hai. same problem mere dost ke set me bhi hai.
Kya mujhe naya mobile set mil sakta hai. ya mere mobile ko puri tarah se sudhara ja sakta hai.

The same reason is with my Micromax Q7 phone which stop working at all. The problem started one month before, as when type msg or make cal it shutdown and restart automatically. Now it completely shutdown as the battery is not recharging. There is no proper service center in pune.

dont buy such type of micromax mobile. micomax mb not working good at all. Within 2 or 3 months problem will start and then mobile will damage completly.service centre in pune city are fake one. they will responce in good manner.
they are just bluffing to the customer. please i request to all dont buy such type of fake mobiles.

I here by purchased micromaxx mobile Q5 In march 2012. Last day i Got problem of the head phone symball on phone and voice coming in only headphone not from the cell phone . i went for the service center at magarpatta road he made receipt and said come tomarow i said ok i got a call after 3 hours thats not in free charge its for chargable of rs 350 its water damage . that phone i always carring with me for office there is no chance of water damage he said how its not important it is chargable . he cant litsen one thing i came back with un repair of mobile its durty thing to charge within 4 months of use. one person came for repair the that was notunder warranty period he told Rs 300 for charge u will get in one hour . what rubbish its chargable will get in 1 hour and under warranty that is for 3 days time . shame less service..............
