    Default Tata Indicom connection on Samsung Corby

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Let my introduce myself as Mr. Swastik Dey. I have been using Tata indicom
    prepaid connection almost since last 4-5 years. My cell# is
    09231645943. Earlier I was using the connection on a Nokia 6275
    handset. Few days back I decided to upgrade the set a purchased on
    Samsung Corby Speed on 26th September,2010 from their True Value Hub
    located at the following address
    Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited
    Shop No: E003
    City Center, Sector - 1
    Saltlake
    Kolkata - 700064.

    On the very next day I tried to access few of the following features on
    the handset but non worked
    1. Mobile Internet --- Shows error as Network Down Error 0.
    2. Tata Zone - Your account information can't be verified.
    3. Mobile TV - Unable to connect, retry later.
    4. MMS - Network dial failed error.

    Following is the case history of my follow up

    I contacted the customer care on 27th Sep,2010 on #124, and that they
    said nothing can be done from their end, and I need to visit Samsung Service
    center. As per their suggestion I visited Samsung service center and
    they said that there is nothing wrong with the phone there is some
    problem from the service provider's end. I again visited the True Value Hub
    mentioned above and they said that there is some update problem, we are
    sending a request and it will get resolved within half an hour. Few
    minutes later I got a sms from #124 with a complain#0734703708 that I
    will get a resolution within 4 hours. I waited for 4 hours but nothing
    happened. I again called the customer care on#124 and once again I got
    a new complain# as 0734775458 with the response. On Tuesday i.e. 28th
    Sep,2010 I got a call from 04466211600 that I need to visit the TVH
    authorized service center on the following address Essar Saltlake,
    Building No BF190, Salt Lake, Sector-1, Near Quality, Kolkata. The
    first thing is BF190 is no where near Quality, rather it's at least 3-4
    kms away from Quality. Secondly no Shop Named Essar Saltlake exists
    there, rather it is the address of Mobile Store. So, once again I
    contacted the TVH on 28thSep,2010 and again they said there is still
    some update problem, we are sending an email , your problem will get
    resolved within next 48 hours. But unfortunately even after doing so many follow ups, sending emails, registering complaints online, nothing has happened till date, kindly assist.

    I am also facing same problem.

    TATA Indicom service is pathetic. They dont have any good technical people.
    I am thiking of dumping the TATA Indicom connection.

    For people thinking of buying Samsung Corby Speed - PLEASE DO NOT BUY !!! IT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!

    Default complaint against tata indicom services...

    I have samsung corby TV on which I am using Tata Indicom connection.
    I want to use internet on my phoine but it shows
    " Internet browsing---Network down error 0
    Mobile tv---try agian later
    Tata zone---unable to verify your account."
    I have comlaint againt it on costomer carebut all in vain.
    can you help me to short out this problem.

    Default Internet problem with Samsung Corby speed (CDMA,TATA INDICOM)

    Dear Ma'am/Sir, I am Narendra Deo from Varanasi, I am aloyal customer of Tata Indicom since last 5 years. I purchased samsung corby speed CDMA on 18 july 2010..... I tried to use the internet applications of my loving dream mobile handset corby and i was shocked nothing happend but just some good lines were on my screen like ..
    • Mobile Internet- Network Down Error 0.
    • Tata Zone - Your account information can't be verified.
    • Mobile TV - Unable to connect, retry later.

    and i was really upset with this and I contacted the customer care on 19 july 2010 but they said they can't help me with this, every thing was fine at their end...they suggested me to go to samsung service centre and in few hours I was standing in service centre but they said everything is okey with the set.....again i called to customer care that everything is okey its the fault of sevice provider again they said okey sir your problem will resolve within 4 hours...I said okey..... But again nothing happened......etc etc...... have done many many things for overcoming this poblem but till date nothing happened.....suggest me what i am going to do with this.......kindly assist me....

    Hence, as per your complaint number PTC0751842443, has been closes on 18-AUG-2011 13:14:00 and updated the resolution.
