i am being cheated by idea cellular
my name is ravi prakash and my cell no is 09881920534 .i m idea cellular customer since 3-4 yrs. company activates some unknown & unwanted service time to time and starts deducting an amount without informing me & without my consent. on an average thery charge Rs 5 per day for that service. when i enquire they say i have registered for the same and insist to see the record of my registration, they simply say ''sorry sir, the service will be immediately withdrawn''. But by then they have deducted a big amount. they refuse to pay back charges.i have talked to cust care many times. what can i do now please help!!
