On 14th Aug'10, I was charged 30Rs for Love Poem Service which I HAVE NOT Requested. I contacted Help desk and they created Complaint# 134338535. It Got Resolved and 30 Rs Was Credited back to my Account BUT Love Poem Service WAS STILL ACTIVE. I contacted Helpdesk and Requested to Close the Service since Renewal would again cost me 30Rs. Helpdesk Replied that IT WILL BE DE-ACTIVATED in 24HRs.

On 10th Sep'10, I WAs CHARGED 30RS for RENEWAL of LovePoem Service Since IT WAS NOT STOPPED inspite of my Intimating the helpdesk as stated above. I Logged Another Complaint# 136329947 to REVERSE the Charges. Helpdesk Told me that As it is RENEWAL SERVICE Charge CANNOT be RESVERSED.

On 11th Sep'10, I logged Complaint# 136391287 Arguing that I had already Told Service to be stopped when I got my Money Credit for 14th Aug Complaint. Helpdesk Replied that Money Is CREDITED back for FIRST TIME but SERVICE REMAINS ACTIVE!!!!
My Argument is:

1. I was NEVER TOLD by HELPDESK that SERVICE WILL REMAIN ACTIVE Inspite of SERVICE Charge being REVERSED which in itself is non-ethical practice in case of any service. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of HELPDESK to Inform the Customer Since I would never know what rules are regarding such services especially when I DON'T USE ANY SUCH SERVICES.
2.In FIRST PLACE, WHY Reliance Started the SERVICE wITHOUT My Explicit Consent?
3. IN ANY SERVICE, IF Customer Gets REFUND then IT automatically deems that SERVICE as STOPPED WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE HERE?
4. WHY THE LoVEPoem SERVICE WAS NOT STOPPED even My Asking HELPDESK to be stopped on 15th Aug when I GOT MY REFUND and HELPDESK Telling me that IT WILL BE STOPPED in 24HRs..?
5. I have LovePoem SMSes Even AFter I Got CREDIT on 15th Aug'10...I cAN FORWARD IF You WISH....
My Complaint:

I want 30 RS Charged for Renewal of LovePoem Service to be CREDITED BACK to my Account...
I have also gone through TRAI's website and it clearly connives with my arguments.
Please Reply ASAP and IT would be great if you can reply to my Arguments Individually...
Sincerely requesting the Credit back to my account.
NOTE >> I have already sent mail to Rcom Nodal Officer on 20th but NO Response Since 5 days now.
