Hi,

I am Nishit Shah, a vodafone prepaid customer of Mumbai circle with mobile no. 9769279862. Even though I have not placed any request for caller tune activation, vodafone have activated the service on my number. This has resulted in deactivation of vodafone call service itself as deduction of caller tune charged brought my account balance amount in negative. This is sincere case of cheating customer by forcefully charging for value added service and which in turn have resulted in blockage of my vodafone number in my case. I might have missed some important calls because of such irresponsible service by VODAFONE. I want to drag this to consumer forum and get the things done rightly. This is the 2nd time I am facing this situation, earlier also I called up customer care and they told you must have logged request; that time i did not responded that strongly but this time it is a high time for me it has crossed all limits and my number itself got out of service !!!

Please take this a serious action and get customer justice.
