    Thumbs down Deactivation of caller line identification for vodafone prepaid

    Vodafone has deactivated our caller line identification and outgoing calls though we have enough balance in our accounts without giving any reason. They have no right to inconvenience the consumer without prior notification like this.

    Then we resubmitted our necessary documents at a vodafone store by taking time off from a working day and travelling for about an hour. We were assured that our documents were valid and our services will be enabled in 4 hours. It has been more than 48 hours and still we are suffering for no fault of ours.

    We, as consumers of the service, need to be suitably conpensated for all the harassment by the company. It's a pure blackmail that they expect us to submit documents by disconnecting the service. This is totally unprofessional from a company like vodafone to behave so irresponsibly and be so careless and insensitive about their customers.

    If this forum requires any other information or legal procedures, please notify us.

    Default is this consumer court forum of any use??

    Is there anyone to consider our complaints?? Or has this been just a forum for expressing our frustrations??

    I had posted a complaint against vodafone; Has it been reported to vodafone? Has consumer court notified the vodafone?? Or my complaint just got into thrash??

    The forum says Govt. of NCT Delhi owns it. But if it does not take any actions, please notify the users. None is so jobless to post their grievances, if they know they will not be considered.
