    Angry complaint against Micromax service center

    I purchased a Q7 micromax mobile on 15\07\2010 due to some problem in mike of handset i submitted to
    Telecom Systems,
    84, Avtar Enclave,
    Paschim Vihar,
    Delhi 110063
    Phone No. 011-45597018, 011-45597092

    on 17\08\2010 and they asked me to come after 10 days and gave me job card. Till now its been more than 30 days my mobile has not been repaired they are saying it send to the company come after 10 days. The head office is also not giving me any response nor they are picking up my call
    Please tel me how can i get my mobile back.....

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I, Jitendra Kumar Singh submited my Micromax Q5 at Micromax Service center at kaphasera on 2/02/11, and was told that it will be repaired and returned on 4/02/11(friday). They do not return my mobile phone till date.

    Kindly take some action. I will be thankful to you for this kind act.

    i m facing prob of my micromax x600 usb & hand free.. i hv sumbit my usb and hand free on 2nd of feb till now 25/02/2011..ur service (lajpat nagar near honda shoroom) UR SR centre nt able 2 replaced.. i hv make a call over there...they did,nt given information and was talking rudly i hv illitrated.....


    i humblereq u.....i trust micromax and micromax service watever u providing us but after ths response we breaking trus..so plz solve my problem

    Question Problem for srevice center

    Hi,
    I am sajjad jamadar,Hadapsar,Pune,Maharashtra,Cantact no-9822257259 & email id is sajjad.jamadar@yahoo.com.
    I purchase my handset on 30th July 2010.My mobiles IMEI 910058100371878 AND 910058100371886.I had some problem with my headphone on contact to service center on 27th Jan 2011.They attend my problem and told me it gives back to me within 15 days.But they gave me after one month but the headphone is Duplicate.After asking they said it is from company side.My question is why after reparing company can't give me original headphone.
    Please help me and send your responce to my mail id.

    It was very painful experience of being MICROMAX'S Customer. I bought a Micromax Handset Q55
    from udaipur,rajasthan in july 2010,since everything is right until, march 14,2011 my phone was broken in an accident, after discharged from hospital, I pay a visit to micromax servicing centre

    in the month of april,2011 when I submitted the phone and asked the cost& which date they give the phone after servicing, they said ,madam u can come after 1 hour ,I was totally shocked after hearing this ,I ask them how is it possible? coz my handset's display is completely broken and the back mirror is totally broken ,actually my handset's need a new panel of whole display, I ask them ,how u guys provide new panel quickly,thay said ,mam we have a old panel, I told that I don't want old panel,pls provide me a new one ,they said mam we r out of stock, if u want new one u have to wait 10 days ,but its not sure that it will be available or not, then I told ok fine ,put the old panel, they mam its okay the old one its simply old ,and having not physically damage or something. I told them I m not in hurry, pls take Ur time but make sure handset should be repaired better, they said ok mama.
    After that 13th April 2011,a man called from micromax servicing centre, said mam ur handset was done ,pls take ur handset, I told him that I can't come today b coz its already 6 o'clock and servicing centre closed on 6.30pm ,he said mam u can anytime after official hour, I ask him how is it possible ? He said mam pls come today by 9.00 pm, after that he cut the call.
    Next day I went to servicing centre to collect my micromax q55 handset at 2.35 pm ,at that time they gave me my handset ,while I m checking my handset ,I saw there were lots of black dots on display, and the panel they provide me ,was broken in front ,and the slider was not fitted perfectly,& the buttons are giving touch screen feeling ,I told them all about this problems, they said mam pls wait ,we'll check the handset again ,after 10 mins ,I ask for handset ,they mam pls wait for 2 mins ,after 5 mins ,I again ask for my handset ,they said mam u have to wait sometime ,I told them I already waited for 20-25 mins ,now what u guys want ,before delivering the handset u guys have to cross check the handset ,they said mam we already checked it ,now what u want? I told them u guys not doing ur job properely,and I m not satisfied ,after that they started argument with me ,they said we are providing u a service in 1800/- ,and we put inside extra materials in the phone and we r not asking for extra charges ,now what else u expect from us ,I told them first of all that is ur job, that’s why u r working for miacromax and micormax hired u for servicing, and don't told me that u guys favoring me ,that’s ur job and ur responsibility ,after that this guys started shouting on me ,I told him when I m paying u ,and I m ready to pay you for extra charges on behalf of servicing ,I only want that u guys should done ur work properly, every next customer who had handset issue, everyone had to wait .he said mam take your phone ,apart from this we other customers had to be handled, when I give the fees ,they gave a visiting card of servicing centre ,written manually in backside from a pen that receing of payment along with handset details ask for manager ,and the bill, he said madam our bill book was finished ,and we are out of stock, we guys providing this card for handset's payment coz we are out of stock, I ask what are u guys then doing, giving a card instead of bill receipt, that your responsibility ,he even not ready to listen anything regarding his employees behavior towards customer, customer satisfaction, customer’s complaint, after looking his behavior ,he's being a stubborn attitude towards customers, quality of service, towards his work ,having no respect for his organization(MICROMAX INFO) , I refused to received my phone without bill receipt .Today when I went to micromax servicing centre to collect my phone ,again same incident was repeated, my handset was not repaired properly, and as I see manager's attitude ,I compromised and made the payment ,when I ask for bill receipt ,they again giving me a visiting card ,written on back side that PAID ,I called manager ,after 30mins he came in front desk ,saying what happened , I told him that I want bill receipt ,he said madam we are out of stock ,I told him since last Thursday u don’t have bill book and not even tried to arrange the bill book ,what kind of job responsibility u made or done ,is this is the way u paying honesty towards ur job ,job responsibility, do you no respect for ur company's reputation ,but except saying that we r sorry for your inconvience ,orw'll look after this ,he keep arguing with me .I feel very sorry for being a Micromax "Customer or we are fool that we guys still visiting the micromax servicing centre for our handset related problems .Is this the way ,how Micromax treats their customers, or just selling ur products, and after that there is no need of customers ,who have company's product related problem.

    I just want pls take action Regarding your authorized servicing centre

    Default Unable to get back my micromax mobile from service center

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is for your kind information that i have given my mobile micromax q5 for servicingin yor laxminagar delhi branch on 27/02/2011 it was in warrrnty period the person told me that it will take around 1.5 month .
    But again when i reched there after 1.5 month i hear that shop has been closed. I went nearest micromax shoroom and contact to customer care they told me that some problems going on with the shopkeeper Mr Sandeep Aggarwal And the compny so its very difficult to give information about your mobile.I ia trying to call mr aggarwal but unable to connet the call.Now its going to pass around 2 month but still i am in trobling.

    i had purchased micromax Qube in last year , now my cell battry has gone out of use , and ur servicing center people are telling that i will get it after 1 month , but due to this problem my all work has chocked up , this thing is creating negative good will of the company , if u people are not capable to provide proper service then why u r selling the sets ??? or r u making the people fool and making the money ???

    i want its battary withing 8 days from today itself other wise i will go to the CONSUMER FORUM....

    dear sir,

    i purchased Q75 from Micromax on 25th Mar 2011, in June itself the handset started giving issues.

    1. I visited the service centre in Jun and they simply re-loaded the software and gave it back to me, issue still persist.
    2. I visited again and they said that they will not accept the Bill as it is drawn from Micromax warehouse and not from a dealer.
    3. I logged a complaint on your email id and call center, you advised to visit the service centre again and call from there.
    4. I visited again on 23rd Jul 11, when I presented them the handset and the bill, service centre denied again to work on the job, I made them have a word with your representative on 18605008286 and then the lady who attended the call had a word with the service centre. Then the service centre excuse was that due to technical upgrade at their centre it could not be done and I should come on Monday.
    5. I again visited them on 25th Jul 11 (Monday) and then made me wait for an hour & half after which they simply accepted the handset and issued me a job sheet which is attached and asked me to come on 26th Jul 11 morning to collect the handset. In case there is some issue we will call you to inform when to come.
    6. I tried calling them on 25th evening as well as on 26th Morning on the number mentioned by them in their rubber stamp which they confirmed is the contact number also but no one cares to answer the phone.
    7. I had no option left but to drive 17 Kms and visit them again, when I went this morning, the simple casual attitude was "PLEASE WAIT!", after waiting for 20 minutes the simple response is "we tested your handset and we have noticed some hardware issue due to which we have to move this to L3 which we have not yet done"]
    8. I requested them to please give me the phone number which works and the delivery time in writing and the response was really amazing "we cannot give you the delivery time in writing, please come after two days to check what is the update"
    9. When I insisted, I have got the cell number which is given in the attached picture on top, this belongs to Sahil and I am asked to give him a call to check after two days but no delivery date can be promised.
    10. after a week the handset was returned to me stating that the L3 has fixed the issue however the issue remains same, when i call the area co-ordinator he says deposit again and i will get it repaired and no response comes from their call center.

    I would like to understand how Micromax commits to the delivery and service because for a simple issue I have been made to travel 17 Kms atleast 6 times till now and the issue is still not resolved and the company service centre is not even ready to confirm the delivery time. This is really shameful for me as a customer that a company is not able to provide services to end users who are buying in bulk then what will happen to the customers, who buy one single equipment.

    I request you to please help me with the replacement for this handset as I cannot accept a faulty handset which has got hardware issue in first two months itself.

    Post Complaint against micromax warenty service

    Sir,

    I bought micromax A60 (Android) cellphone from Saravana Store, t. Nagar, Chennai on 24th October, 2011. Since the day of purchase, it started giving trouble. Very often cellphone hanging. Battery power also lasting only for two hours even after charging at full level and normal use. Finally on 30th October, 2011 it stopped working. On 31st october, 2011 I approached DEPROSYS TECHNOLOGIES, T. Nagar, Chennai and requested them to repair the set. They have collected the set and told me that it will take about 25days to reinstall the software. When enquire the reason for substantial time, they told me that the set will be sent to the Head office and it will be repaired there only. Further they have forgot to hand over my memory card also. Customer Job Card No.2350482 Job Order No.325, date 31-10-2011. I am very much unhappy about the set and the after sales service arrangement made by the company to their customer.

    myself ravkikumar.k have submitted micromax a60 handset(imei no; 910556000025650) on 17/08/2011 at micromax service center (numeric communication services, pankaj plaza, 672/2,20th cross,2nd block,rajajinagar, near navarang theater, bangalore - 560010, ph: "08023328494") due to display problem in my micromax a60 handset which is still under warranty.

    The jobsheet number provided to me is "s010076-0811-142024" as handset submission acknowledgement. I have called up the service center many times asking the handset status and every time i get the response as "come after a week". Now, it's been 2 and half months i submitted my a60 handset.

    I have also lodged a ticket at micromax service center, delhi via telephone (ph:"01144770000") with ticket no. Mm@1010118972. Kindly do your honesty and take the action on this and help the customers like me.
    I don't know how to reach my complaint to exclusive jurisdiction of delhi courts as service center claims any disputes and claims are subject to delhi courts! Please help.
    It's not the matter of handset costs bothers but it's the injustice and disloyalty made to the customers.

    This is to inform you that I have submitted a micromax mobile model GS-360 ABC Telecommunication, U-22, LCN, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi-110015 micromax service centre on first time Dated 31.08.2011, after 10 days take back on your handset but if i have contact after 10 days u have told me please contact again after 1-2 days.bearing job sheet no. NO30672-1011-273069. It has not be made till date, kindly do the needful at your earliest.

    Thumbs down Micromax X510 (Pike) handset problem

    Hi,

    I purchased micromax x510 - pike model in Feb'11. After using it for about two months touchpad for this handset started misfunctioning. Due to this I'm not even able to use the cell porperly. Not even I can write message or dial a new number. This is pathetic, ridiculous. The service center's in Pune are not supporting. I'm asking for replacement of my Part from last 3-4 months, till I didn't get it.

    Default Micromax A70 display out and touch is not working

    HI,
    I bought Android model Micromax A70 on August 15th, within 2 month display gone and touch also not working properly. so i went gave my mobile to Tnagar service center (Desprosys technologies) on 07th Nov, they said within 10 i ll give u call regarding the problem of whether it is warrenty or unwarrenty also i proved them that is not dead. since they have not given any solution and if u call them also they just asking my mobile number and said that while entering ur mobile number in our system we are getting error in parameter then i asked them regarding that error, they said we are not yet received the approval from head office. really i fed up in that. also they said i ll inform u when we ll get approval.

    Please help me.. i got the Job number from service center- 8229
