My name Sameer Velaskar I have purchase micromax GC 360 (IMEI No.SPAMOB2562/910023401643813 ) at 17-8-2011 , after one week I have faced lots of problem like battery backup ,hang , & within 10 days my mobile cant charging problem . Then I was go to Micromax service center at thane west ( M/s Maxcom ) at 19/10/2011 . they tell me the reason is Bad contact charger, & my cell need to forward at Delhi Service Center. ( My Jobsheet No. W030214-1011-286529 ) & it will return within 1 month. after 1 month i am going lots of time of service center at thane , but every time they give only one reply " your mobile is not return from Delhi Service Center.
Then i called Delhi Service Center coustomer care no. 011-44770000, Dated at 15/11/2011 and give complaint ( Complaint no.-0912113960 ) , they told me your mobile on process & it will return within 15 days in Thane service center . After that i called lots of time but they are not given proper reply . still today i am not receiving my mobile ,
Please anyone help me to return my mobile from Micromax service centre.

Dear sir i m vishal from bhagalpur sir yaha 1 mahina say batery k liye diye hai q50 ka abhi tak nahi mila hai .kab tak milayga .sirvice santer wala bol raha hai dusara mobile lay ligye .

I went to an authorized micromax service center (Sai Mobiles, Secundrabad). They informed that Micromax C-350 battery is presently out of stock and they need 15 days to deliver.
It has been almost 3 months since I ordered the battery and I did not get any reply from the so call Micromax authorized service center. I have tried to reach them couple of times but every time they replied "This week you will get it".

I am really irritated with this kind of reply. Really I did not expect this kind of service from Micromax. Hoping a positive reply from Micromax.
