    Default Complaint of Aircel Postpaid Connection

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is to bring to your knowledge that I had Purchased a Aircel Postpaid Connection
    with Plan 50 on Monday, 23rd March'09.

    But My SIM is not activated yet. I have called so many times in the 24 hour call
    center and lodge complaints but there is no positive response and my problem is
    still there.



    So I request you to kindly look into the matter an do the needfull.

    Angry Comaplint About Dialer tone activation

    Hello Sir,
    This is for your kind refrence that my dialer tones activated and aircel authority charged me Rs 30. As soon as i recieved the message for the same i registered a comaplaint for same in customer care Comapint no 10 1625835. but they respond me that you urself activate this dailer tones we will not take any action regarding this.

    Post complaint for free sms activation

    As per the instruction from the aircel customer care, I have given the request letter on 5TH of DECEMBER at CHROMEPET AIRCEL CENTRE located in CHENNAI, to activate the free sms(15000 sms per month) package for my postpaid postpaid aircel CENTURY BONANZA plan..

    Please look I my account. Every month there is issues , issues has not reslove it taking 3 months to solve why?
    In my current and previous months statement charged rs199/- why? please looking immeditely and revert back amount immediately.

    Please do the needful immediately to the aircel customer. thank

    There is give the wrong information to aircel customer regarding reversal amount confrimation for Rs199 but reversal for only rs19 (why there is wrong details given my aircel (team lead: Mr. sathish). - take a complaint and do the needful to me.

    Issues not resolve untill now. please do the needful.
    If i had sent any issues to <corporatecare@aircel.co.in>,there is no response for any side .

    Default regarding stopping of outgoing calls

    sir, madam
    i have a regular postpaid connection with no. 9697406533. for the last 4 times, the aircel people are intentionallly stopping my outgoing first and calling me later informing me that my outgoing will be barred as i am approaching my credit limit. even after asking them they are not telling me the correct bill. the incident happened on 02 Jun 10, 11 Jun 10 and on 14 Jun 10.
    The height of rudeness is that the customer care executives are misbehaving with me and even cutting my calls in between. i have recorded some of their calls as proof so that i could produce it in court.
    as of now i have deposited 500/- on 14 jun 10 at 08.45 am as my credit limit was 500. again i deposited rs. 25/- on 15 jun 10 on 8.40 am. now today i.e. on 16 jun 10 they are telling me that my bill is 528/- rs. once my billing period is from 19th of this month to 19th of next month. how can they bar my outgoing once my bill is not due.
    i'm very ashamed of being the aircel customer. as i belong to the Defence community being posted at Awantipura,( Dist - phulwama) it is the only way to get in touch with the family.
    keeping in view of the above things, the aircel general manager or whoever is responsible must be punished hard so that he could learn a lesson.

    Default Aircel Post Paid - Payment Haresmment & Mental Torture

    Hi,

    I am Parthasarathy using Aircel mobile number Post Paid Service ( 9841145409) for the past 6 to 7 years. Recent past days i am facing billing problems with aricel. First time i hav intimated that you have downloaded a picture using GPRS service, but i have never downloaded such. For this, they have charged me Rs.15. For this i Have raised a complaint but still i didnt get any response from them. Its almost more than 6 months.

    Now, on Dec 31st i have not recived any intimation or mesage conveying that the SMS are chargable on that day. So i have sent almost 200 SMS on 31st Morning. Later my friends told that its chargable today, so i called customer service and raised a complaint informing that i nver received such a message from your side regarding this. Also i have contacted them twice or thrice regarding this complaint but its waste and no proper response.

    Recently i got my bill and i was shocked to see its around Rs.850 in which Rs.500+ are charged for SMS. I immediately contacted them and again raised a complaint saying that i wont pay for the SMS and i will pay remaining and they agree for that.

    Now am getting calls and messages saying tat you have not paied the bill amount.Today 07/02/2011 i have called customer care almost 10 times and they have not responded properly. Everytime they wil say that will be connected to higher officials to solve this issue, but always line gets disconnected (Who knows they might have disconnected the line).

    Still more complaints are there, but dont have the numbers.

    Below are the few customer care officers assured me to reverse the amount.

    1)Shabeer... 07/02/2011.. Confirmed tat they will reverse the amount.
    2)Yasin - 12/02 - 4.30 pm.. Assured to reverse the amount.
    3)Prathepa--c-1-4026416931 15/03 - 2.23pm....Assured to reverse the amount.
    4)Compl : 4063899096 - Ram Ganesh 19/03 - 6.30pm... Blocked my outgoing and msgs.

    Finaly i decided to cancel or stop my services with aircel so i have asked to zero out by bill so that i can go for mobile mumber portabiliity option.
    They are saying that i need to clear the outstanding first then only they can proceed for that option.

    Now, they are harassing me to pay the amount and am not interested in paying this, as there is no fault from my side.

    Now a days, they are barring the outgoing calls and messages which makes me to feel or hurts me a lot. It creates a mental depression for me due to this inadequate customer service. Everytime i will be calling the customer care and they are not at all interested in providing good service to customers.

    Final request is to clear the outstanding amount which i have raised as complaint, so that i can go ahead of other service provider.

    Note : I have put CC to consumer greivance too. If i am not getting a proper response at earliest, i have intention to take serious actions too.. Next time i will directly submit a complaint in the consumer forum.

    Thumbs down Message not going from my postpaid connection for more than 2 months - V V V V Urgent

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am totally upset with your network. I am holding this connection for past 4 years and this is very
    bad service from your end.

    I am unable to send outgoing messages from my number. I have raised lots of calls regarding this
    query to customer care, but nobody cares about this. They are telling it will get resolved in
    24 hours/48 hours/1 hour etc... but still the problem persists.

    Please give me a solution or i will dis-connect my connection.

    Default Over billing, poor response, irresponsbile replies

    HI

    Am really feel ashamed to post my griveance in the Aircel site and this is one of the worst service provider which i have not seen any where else. Other service providers
    even on call they reverse charges and by request things are getting done immediately. Also i could see SMS being sent to improve the services levels of them

    Am using my post paid connections for past 7 plus years, Recently for past last few months i.e from Aug, Sep, Oct 2011 my mobile bill has been overcharged on a monthly basis amounts to RS1500/-. I have not been using ISD and No roaming facility inspite my bill will be sumed upto 1500 per month.

    When i went as asked them i was informed that i have been using national SMS, Fine even am using national SMS i dont know how cum that alone could cost this much. I hardly sent 10 SMS per day, Provided i have free Local SMS and National SMS per month.

    I was raising various SR to reverse the Excess charges and to revisit my bill completely which am not very comfort and SR'S will be closed without a proper response but again i will receive call for bill payment and then again i have to start saying all the ramayana from the begning as to why am not paying it due to SR being raised.
    They will listen all to my words and put down the phone.

    This was happening for 3 months and my bill amount was getting accumulated which went up to 6500/- and they disconnected my line after 3 months of non payment. I was asking them why my connections was not disconnected on first month itself the reply which i got is so funny that i have a credit limit of RS 50,000/-. If my credit limit
    was RS 50,000 then wat is the need to disconnecting my connections after 3 months.

    After this i decided to change my plan from post paid to prepaid bcoz i came to know from my bills that AIRCEL is running a finance company and not a telecom service.
    So i paid RS 6000/- after various torchers from the company of non payment even being various SR raised remains unanswered. I decided to pay my bill amount thinking that am paying it to a Asharam those who are in need of money.

    I have prepaid request and settled all the outstanding, They charged me penalty charges for non payment on time inspite credit limit being fixed. To convert post paid to prepaid i was asked to pay again 202 RS, after which my connection for changed to prepaid without outgoing and incoming calls where not activated. I was trying various clients service group and use to write to corporate cares for which the response is standard template which they use to have for all clients.

    After this big war i managed to reach one of my friend in aricel and he asked me to recharge for 21 again, After doing this i started receiving incoming calls and then again
    i recharged it for 140 for outgoing calls facility. Only god knows what is the charge which was collected for converting post to prepaid amts to RS202/

    One thing which i noted from this various instance when i walked to aircel office near to ega theatre, PPl getting changed very often and each service desk ppl have there own policies. No one is telling and guiding the client with the proper policy and documentation. To provide with an example, To change my post paid to prepaid connection
    one was saying that i dont need to come again only i need to sign the forms, photos and proofs etc and my friend can even walk in and give the request on behalf of me.

    The next week when my friend went there customer service officer was saying he requires authorisation letter from the me satying that am authorising my friend to give
    this request letter on behalf of me. When i wrote to aircel corporate care they are confirming that only proof is enough and authorisation letter is not required at all. Now you can know where is the misconnect.

    In nutshell i have been retaining this AIRCEL no only for the reason is am using for almost 7 yrs plus after all such difficulties. My sincere request to the company is that no need to follow mahatma atleast listen to his words 'Customer is the need of the hour" which is most important in todays business.

    First of all give the policies and procedures to the employees properly in order to avoid miscommunication to the client and ensure billings are being happening properly. When a query is raised on the bill ensure that is closed properly by giving a call to the client give him proper explanations so that he will get convinced. Lastly when something is promised to client make sure that is getting done.
