Hi,

I was using the mobile connection of Hutch (now Vodafone) during
2006-2007. In 2007 I had to discontinue the service due to wrong charges
in my mobile bill. I requested the Hutch (now Vodafone) to reverse the
wrong charges but they did not. I visited their customer contact center
(Hutch Shop) many times for the waiver of the wrong charges but they did
not listen to me. At the end I did not made the payment of my last bill.
Now it is still pending and they (now Vodafone) is asking me to pay more
than Rs. 3000+ for the bill. They are also not ready to give me any
details about my old bills and charges levied in my bill.

Recently they have sent me a legal notice asking me to make the payment.
Kindly help me in sorting out this issue.

They have started harassing me over the phone via their collection
agents also.

Please help me how can I get the proper solution to this issue.
