I hav buy a new fly mobile(B700 duo) on 14-12-2008 .This mobile
contains two sim but after 1 month the one slot of sim i.e. slave sim was
not work .Then first I goto Chembur service center(mumbai).He sent me to
andheri and said me that I will also send mobile to andheri. And if u give
me the u got late.So I goto andheri on 31-1-2009 .I submited my mobile and
he told me that u will get ur mobile after 20 days. I call after 20 days and
he said me that u get ur mobile after 5 days.The I call after 5 days then
noone pickup the call ....When someone pickup the call he just transfer the
call but no one pickup the call.Then I have tried on Arun's mobile.Then he
said me that we r sent ur mobile to delhi... the said me that u get after 2
days... Then said u get on friday ...now nxt friday comes but they not give
my mobile..He always says that I can't do anything....and now we r not
giving service of fly...

But today onwards 21-3-09 i.e after 2 months they not give
mobile....and not pickup the call...


Now u r requsted to give my mobile within 2 days....or otherwise new
mobile or return back me paid money...

We have received a surprised messeage from AIRTEL that the IMEI code provided by Fly is invalid and insisting us to change the hand set failing wich the sim No. will be blocked.

We request you to take immdiate necessary action and furnish the valid IMEI code.
We are unable to contact you through 0120 4141640 as the no. is not working / network busy.

Also, the dealers are not responding to our request.

Please view the matter serious and do the needful.

from The Mobile Store Shakarpur Delhi invoice no. DL/18386 Dated 17/04/09.
The mobile set was not working and mobile was deposited at your service centre
Pacetel Communications Pvt. Ltd. A-89 ground floor lajpat Nagar IInd, near Axis Bank ATM New on 13/4/2010 with work order no. FIN10506610098 (IMEI -352559026694132)I was assured that the fault will be rectified and mobile will be returned with in week. I have called Cell Net today also at 2.00PM Miss Nisha but they said still my mobile is not rectified even after more than one month, I have been calling them regularly. Please do something sir I am facing so much difficulties without my phone. And the behavior of fly service center Executive Miss Nisha was also not good.

i have buy a fly mobile model v 170 but it didn't work properly. when we insert idea and docomo sim together it was restarting again and again. and it was made trouble for me. and the companys service center says don't use docomo sim at no 2 position use it only in 1 no.

Dear Sir,
I purchased a new handset Fly DS200 from One mobile-JASMINE, VADODARA RACE COURSE CIRCLE on 16-DEC-2009.
As all handset comes with 1 year warranty, at the time of selling no information is given that this handset will come with the warranty of 6 months only.
Now the major concern is this handset is not properly working. I went to the services centre around 1 month ago, they are unable to solve my problame..

I have submitted the handset on 22/11/2010, still now services centre is saying that as they are unable to log the call they have sent a mail to head office and waiting for the reply.

Now there are 2 major concerns:-
1) When I will get the handset repaired, since it around 1 month I managed to use faulty handset, and now I have no handset to use, and even I am unaware of the date by which my problem will beresolved.
2) Why they are providing the warranty only for 6 months
