Subject: Complaint regarding dissatisfaction
Dear Sir/Madam
My no is 09821346298, Rupak Choudhary, Mumbai.
this is with regards to dissatisfaction caused due to call barring and
poor services by custome care executives.
I had always made the payment on time, this time , my bill due date was
10th of march, i had made the part payment of 500 out of total 1300 on
6th.
I went on roaming on 6th, recieved call and message regardnig the same.
on 14th -saturday, i recieved the call, promised to make payment on 16th
but agent replied back as mobile gallery nearest to me would be closed
on monday, so both of us agreed to make payment on 17th by cash, but
today afternoon my services has been barred without further information.
For further refer to recording of call on 14th at 1pm.
Plesae activate the same ASAP, I would be making payment tomorrow, agent
was so rude that he made me to write the same to consumer court and
TRAI.
