My account has not been credited against recharge of 55 today.
I have also talked regading the same with Mr. Sudhir Kumar on Customer care no 09835098350.
I am lightly not satisfied with the exprience. Still have not got any answer.
they cut my phone agter holding me for 15 minuts in order to talk with floor superwiser.

Kindly provide me solution

It is very surprising that without making any call some amount is being deducted against avilable balance in a regular interval. When, I am trying to speak to customer care services, the No. 9827198271 is always busy. In this circumstances, it is very dfficult to lodge the complaint.

Since, please do the needful for refunding the unnecessary deducted amount.

I am Dhananjay Kumar Mishra from Allahabad UP India. I am using Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile connection and the MSISDN is 9026247280. I had registered my complaint so many times but no any action had been taken by Reliance Team. Some Complaint no is

139968427, 140234446, 140264242 etc. The complain is every day 5Rs deduction for R-World and 30Rs per month for Unlimited Game Nokia-2690. I called to Customer Care team so many times that please stops this type of deduction from my account but they are not responding from july-10 I have wasted approximately 600Rs. Please stop this type of deduction and return my all money which has unnecessarily deducted from my account. I will wait for your quick response otherwise I will take action and will give complaint to consumer forum and TRI also then they will give me right judgment about this case.

I will wait for your response……

I am a consumer of your lifetime service.I have recharged my two phone( Mobile No. 9861551521, 9861807395) on 6/11/2010 at 9.49pm of Rs.121/-, which has an offer of Rs. 121 TT with 121min local call free. But from 12/11/2010 all my balance has been cut from both of my numbers. Today I was talked with sum of your C.Care member but he told me that you have only 7days validity on this offer. Please kindly back my whole money to me because I was not used a single pai of that scheme. If you would not do so then this will a very illegal matter and that definitely give impact to your reputation directly. Please dont play with your consumer's emotions.

If my request will not be implimented then I shall go directly to the consumer court for a severe complaint agaist you.

Voice-chat subscription and astrology pack has been renewed on my mobile no 9827652749 (Service Provider :Reliance Smart GSM service, India) at the cost of Rs 30/- for every packs Total Rs 60 without my permission on 16 Nov 2010. I have never subscribed to any such service. This not the first time. It had happened in Oct 2010 too when Rs 30/- was deducted in same way without me subscribing to any such facility.I hereby, request the company to refund my money and unsubscribe me from any such service and the same should be informed me. In future also such act should not repeated.

I have one gsm no. of reliance is 8103752279 .so in regarding this no i have complain that
my balance was DEDUCTED. i GOT MSZ. msg was something related to some service activated of live chat etc etc.but i didnt activated this service and infact .
when i talked to customer care executive he says u have activated which is not possible anyways.
& this problem i am facing is not first time.this happened 3 times
so overall thing is that i want to solved my problem by returning my balance . or i want details.so i can take action if u dont return my bal.
