There was a unnecessary subscription to my reliance gsm of personality pack. Although I have unsubscribed it but my balance is still the deducted one.

I recharged my no. with Rs.39 MEssage Voucher.....today itself in the morning.....
and it was done....the mess. voucher was activated......
but now....The company Deducted Rs.39 from my Main balance also....sayin that.....ur Monthly sms pack has been renewed......
why do someone who already has mess. voucher.....the Company renews his voucher...deducting balance from main account.....
why one has to pay twice....for the same thing...??
Kindly Solve my Prob.

I, Sitakanta Mishra, a customer of your esteemed company. My number is:-098610 65554. I am using your service from almost 9 years.
I am not satisfied with the service given by you now. Specially the way your customer care executives behaving.

The case is like this:- on 9th of this month(9th Sept 2010) my L20 service (local calls 20Paise) was expired. As i wanted to deactivate that service on 8th Sept 2010 i called on your customer care number(98610 98610) and got the information that it can't be deactivated by calling online and can be done through sms request (DACT L20 and sending it to 53739), i did that and got the confirmation message that "L20 has been successfully deactivated on your phone. Thank you Reliance".
This i confirmed by calling the customer care executive also , he said "yes your L20 service is deactivated", I asked also that will there be any deduction of Rs 27/- (L20 package charge) from my account , he answered me "no sir".
The very next day i.e. on 9th sept 2010 morning i got a message that "Thank you for renewing L20, enjoy this service for next 30 Days. Reliance".
I called the customer care immediately and tried to let them convince regarding my problem (after getting the confirmation message that your service is deactivated how is it possible to renew it again) after that they gave me a service request number: 136191592. and as per the process told me to wait for 48 hours.
Again when i wanted to know the status of my request (by calling the customer care) today(10th Sept 2010)they told your problem is solved and your L20 service is deactivated, which was not my problem at all.

Now the strange thing is neither i am getting the L20 service and nor my Rs 27 is credited to my account.

Kindly consider my case solve my problem. Try to keep your image and service neat and clean and customer oriented.

I am using reliance gsm number from 25th april 2010,
whenever i am in roaming my services gets and and i cannot make or recieve any call, when told about this issue to the customer care person , they say that you have not submitted your documents.

TILL THEN I HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS FIVE TIMES TO RAJNEESH ENTERPRISES, NALAGARH (HIMACHAL PRADESH).

SO PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER MY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED OR NOT AND I CAN USE THE SERVICES FURTHUR OR NOT.

Hi this is vijay from Jaipur. I buy a reliance gsm prepaid connection on 4th sept. i request same day for GPRS settings its allmost 10 days to go but till date i dint recieve the same. During this period i had many talked with the customer care executives ans their Seniors as well but i did not get any sestifactory reply from the company side till today i did not recieve my GPRS settings. I am so abset that a company which known as a premeir telecom company how can provide the services like this..

So Dear friends never go for a Reliance service.... Coz there are many other companies in India those are providing a batter services to their clients... They really values the emotions of the customer. My details are below-

I have been a customer of Reliance GSM service for span of 5 years . The service has always been satisfactory. But now a days a lot of problems are bieng encountered. My major problem is that my phone bills are charged for some services every month twice that cost me heavily. Infact i have never used any facility on that phone . For the matter I contacted your customer care too but it went in to woo. I am highly depressed on the level of your service. Please solve the matter as soon as possible with refunding the money as soon as possible. Waiting or early solution and answers

Deactivate voice chat from number 9332273408 immediately
My mobile number is 9332273408 and i am a pre paid reliance mobile customer.
Why is reliance cheating me? They have activated voice chat on my number and Rs 30 is getting deducted automatically. I want to tell you not to cheat me as I do not use your voice chat and am not at all interested. Deactivate this chat service immediately from my number and send me a confirmation message. Also, refund me the previous deducted amounts without delay as I have not requested for the service and it got activated from reliance automatically.
Do not cheat your customers Reliance mobile?

I was surprised to receive a message at 4:26 P.M on 18.09.2010 in my above mobile
that a sum of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my balance towards renewal
subscription for SHAYARI AND LOVE TIPS, which I never wanted. I am even not aware about
the operation of the system in the mobile.


I de-activating the same and refund the amount debited.

It is very funny that you take your own decision to activate the services and charge
for the same without the knowledge of owner of mobile.

In the premises, I shall like the company to refund the above amount together with
the earlier one immediately when they activated the same.

I shall above like to ban sending me messages from immediate effect and note that if
any charge is levied without my written consent. I shall not be liable for payment.

This is to inform that we are getting regular SMS on our Reliance smart Mobile no 9905203252 which without our consent subscribes to the cricket /jokes pack and starts deducting 5/day. When called upon the call center 09835098350, there is no response and the no provided in the sms to unscribe which is 58888005 has no options to unsubscribe.

I have recharged my mobile with 110 rs. on 16/9/2010. within two days my balance is zero, i have not call anywhere in two days. I want to contact customer care but no one can receive my call. I am try for this many days. Sir kindly tell me why my money deducted in two days. I have not any other facility (chatting,ringtone etc)activated with my this number.
