    Hi,

    I am Bikram Sahoo. Always i was trying to recharge through online, but some time it's happening & some times is not happening. And my balance is deducted from my account.
    I was tried to recharge 2 time on 6th Dec 2011. and this is my transaction no. 13867647/13867423...

    Default Unnecessary Calls and SMS and deduction of money

    Sir, I am a Reliance Smart GSM user. My phone number is 9861443910. I have been disgusted by the unnecessary phone calls and sms provided by your company. So, I talked to the Customer Care Executive of this company for deactivation of the same with paying 50 paise per 3 minutes.This was done before 1-1.5 months. But I couldn't find any solution. As I am a service holder, I don't have time to talk with Customer Care Executive being on line for a long time. So, finally I contacted Customer Care Executive once again before 3-4 days and registered a complain and my complain no. is 167194988. He replied me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours. But yesterday(on 08.12.2011) suddenly an sms came to my mobile phone that "You have been successfully subscribed the beautycharm site or something and Rs. 30/- has been deducted from your account" which was totally unknown to me. I neither have wanted nor do I know about this unnecessary service. So, I tried several times to contact Customer Care Executive to tell my problem since yesterday but failed. It is quite injustice sir. I am a customer of this company for last 5 to 6 years. Previously I have already paid 90 rupees due to these unwanted reasons. We are facing financial crisis in our daily life. Still we have been cheated by this company whom we trust. Please look into the matter and solve my problem with helping me to get my deducted Rs. 30/- back. Please sir and be thoroughly obliged.

    Default balance deducting regularly from reliance smart no

    Dear Sir,
    My no is 8252042505 and my balance detected regularly and your customer care is not handle my problem seriously.
    and after activation do not disturb service (DND) a lot of unwanted sms coming in my no.Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Sub : Complaint for activate value added services without permission and deduction of Rs.30+30 from main balance 07827002799 since last 6 months.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using Rel GSM no. from last 2 years it was good but since last 6 months I am facing a big problem in rel.
    since last 6 months they are debit 30+30 Rs. from my account balance without my permission and when I call on customer care they said that they activate all these packages only on my request. I have not activated the service,every month I have to waste my time and money in calling on customer care for deactivate the service for future ref.
    Now I become fade up with Rel.

    It have earnest request to pls look after the matter and do the thing at the earliest and try to credit my account back.

    Default night calling pack ended in 5days

    Sir,
    I would like to inform with great regret that I am totally dissatisfied with your service provider. I recharged my mobile 9778261411 on 25th of january 2012 for the Rs 59 night calling pack having 300000 sec free night call reliance to reliance (between 11pm and 6am). But on 30th january 2012 I see my free secs are finished and charge is deducted from my main balance. The customer care executives are saying that I have finished my 300000 sec.
    But dear this is bullshit. If you presume I was talking over the phone in all the free time available i.e. 25to 30=5day= free time available from company is (11pm to 6am) x 5= 7hours x 5= 35 hours=126000. So it is impossible to finish 300000 sec in 5days. So it is very disgusting that everyday you come up with a new problem(, already regular problem of cross connection over hundred times exists).
    So therefore I dont want that inspite of recharging with 59 I cant use the night calling pack because of your technical insufficiency. This is really disgusting. Solve this problem at the earliest and contact me on 9798520928 if anything else you need to know.

    Default Activating many packs without informing the owner

    I had faced many issues with RELIANCE SMART GSM PREPAID SERVICE. Following are my complaints against RELIANCE SMART GSM PREPAID SERVICE.

    1.
    RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE had taken own decision to activate the services and charging the same without the knowledge of owner of the mobile. If we called customer care then they are refunding the amount and same issue is happening many times.
    2. I am using a mobile which is not having GPRS services. But the RELIANCE people are activating many games and all on my account with out informing me.
    3. I had recharge with 19 rupees for message offer, but they are deducting money from my account for renewal of my message offer. I called customer care and asked about this and they said they can't do any thing.
    4. I called many times to customer care and asked them to not activate any packs on my mobile, but they keep on repeating the above all issues.

    This is shit company in regards to handle customer's concern.

    My internet pack is not working since last four days.. After calling to their bulshit customer care 6 times i get the same and regular response "system are on updation, call back later"... second the most shameful part is there higher authority who are sleeping for 3-4 days and even don't bother to reply even a single line...

    I am Vinay Kr. Singh from Ranchi, Jharkhand India. I am using Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile connection and my number is 9835302378. I had registered my complaint of the deduction. The complain is that today 50 Rs was deducted for Hungama in R-World . I called to Customer Care team to stops this type of deduction from my account. Please return my money which has been unnecessarily deducted from my account as i have never activated that "Hungama" service. Some technical problem would have been occurred from your side. I will wait for your quick response otherwise I will take action and will give complaint to consumer forum and TRI, also then they will give me right judgment about this case.
