Dear sir,
I did not satisfied with your customer care executives. Their interaction
with cusomers is not fare enough. How can they cut the phone line with out
solving a customer's problem? Yes, it happned to me, not for a single time,
but for twice. I requested them to turn off a service which I was not able
to turn off from my phone directly(the problem of deactivation of P2P/SP20
sms service with using the key words 'Unsub 1009'). They told me that the
service will be removed from my phone within 48 hrs. But after that, the
service was not removed form my phone. Again I called to the customer care
by telling tham that the service is till active. Then the customer care
executive told me the new keyword(which is Unsub P20), with telling me that
the service is 'renewable' & cannot be deactivated "properly"(only GOD knows
what does she meaned by saying "PROPERLY"). Again, if I suppose, that the
service cannot not be deactivated by tham, then why the previous CC
executive told me so(that the service will be deactivated soon)? Far, I
requested them to connect me to their higher authorities(as the problem
cannot be solved by them), they put down the phone! This happened
yesterday(07/11/2009) & the pevious interactions happend on 06/11/2009 at
10.30pm & 06/11/2009 at 12.00am. My service request no. is 114658609(dated
06/11/2009, name of the CC executive: Santu). I wrote this to you with the
hope of taking proper action against those customer care executives who
embarass the customers! Thanking you(not the fucking ass-hole CC
