    Dear sir,
    I did not satisfied with your customer care executives. Their interaction
    with cusomers is not fare enough. How can they cut the phone line with out
    solving a customer's problem? Yes, it happned to me, not for a single time,
    but for twice. I requested them to turn off a service which I was not able
    to turn off from my phone directly(the problem of deactivation of P2P/SP20
    sms service with using the key words 'Unsub 1009'). They told me that the
    service will be removed from my phone within 48 hrs. But after that, the
    service was not removed form my phone. Again I called to the customer care
    by telling tham that the service is till active. Then the customer care
    executive told me the new keyword(which is Unsub P20), with telling me that
    the service is 'renewable' & cannot be deactivated "properly"(only GOD knows
    what does she meaned by saying "PROPERLY"). Again, if I suppose, that the
    service cannot not be deactivated by tham, then why the previous CC
    executive told me so(that the service will be deactivated soon)? Far, I
    requested them to connect me to their higher authorities(as the problem
    cannot be solved by them), they put down the phone! This happened
    yesterday(07/11/2009) & the pevious interactions happend on 06/11/2009 at
    10.30pm & 06/11/2009 at 12.00am. My service request no. is 114658609(dated
    06/11/2009, name of the CC executive: Santu). I wrote this to you with the
    hope of taking proper action against those customer care executives who
    embarass the customers! Thanking you(not the fucking ass-hole CC
    executives).I did not satisfied with your customer care executives. Their

    Default Complain against Relianse GSM

    I bought a reliance GSM connection last month in November 2009 and it was
    activated on 23 Nov 2003. I used it for a week and then kept it in my wallet
    to use it whenever required, there was some balance left in the card around
    30-40 Rs. Then after 2-3 days i wanted to use it but the message on my
    mobile screen appeared stating "Insert SIM Card". I tried it with other
    handsets also but it didn't work.
    My No is 9529983434. Please take some action regarding this.

    my no. is 9861231946.
    There is some FMIndia pack activated in my mobile.But i don't know how it came.I want to deactivate the service.How to do the deactiation??

    Default Balance deducted un-authentically

    I have reliance GSM Mobile No. 9569562817. It observed that when recharge on 05.03.2010 my balance has been deducted 2/ per day for 04 days and when I calling to customar care they have been said they money credit my balance but till now amount credit my balance. And one funny things that when call received from customar care they are no ask me to me that mastipack Rs. 30/- activated but when i call them they say that activate the product from me they will no responsible for them.

    Question for CRBT services

    Balance deducted un-authentically

    I have reliance GSM Mobile No. 9098542965. It observed that when recharge on several times, my balance has been deducted 2/ per day for 02 days and 10/ for 10 days for CRBT services what is that i don't know and when I ask to customar care they said that u r subcribe some songs thats why this deduction is going on, i cannot subscribe any songs, so i want to say that please deactivate CRBT services from my mobile.

    We suggest you to first register your complaint with Reliance Customer care, and in case they were failed to provide you any solution then send a email to the Nodal officer, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution.

    Visit: Reliance Nodal Officer to know the address of the Reliance Nodal officer.

    Default Unlawful deduction of balance Rs.30

    I have tried repeatedly to deactivate the caller tune for which I have never opted to get rid of the unlawful and forced monthly deduction of Rs.30 from my above numbered mobile balance towards renewal subscription for caller tune Music, which I never wanted. I, repeat that I am even not aware about the operation of the system in the mobile.
    A number of messages I lodged for the deactivation of the stealthily imposed caller tune from my cell but without any result. It is very brazen that you take your own decision to activate the services and charge for the same without the knowledge of owner of mobile. I shall like the company to refund all the money deducted so far and also stop connecting any paid service to my above numbered mobile immediately repeat immediately. Other wise the matter will be taken up with concerned ministry, TRAI and publicized in the web to harm to your credentials. Thanking You.

    Cool Network conjunction

    I m a user of reliance mobile smart GSM form a;lmost 7years.my cell no is 9827102382.
    we are facing problem of network conjunction from last two weak. this problem always arises in our area, lots of times we have complain for it..only complain but not solution we get sometimes Most off times customer care numbers are busy & sometimes it get conneted also they not response too us properly...

    problem if network is always there in my no.& no strickly actions r taken till now. from past one weak no calls r coming in my cp sometimes ..plzz doo some action solove this problem as soon as..or we have too soon change out numbers. with other company.

    R/Sir,

    It has been noticed from some time that the SMSes being sent on some numbers are not receiving there while money is being deducted for the same.

    Some of the numbers(which I noted) are as under:
    9254056111
    9996482345
    8978308243

    Requested so many times for the same but of no use.

    Pl do something to resolve the problem at an early date.

    Post Automatic deduction of balance without usage

    Hi.

    All of a sudden, I found my talk balance deducted by 160 rs in my Reliance GSM number 9778494197. When I enquired its call centre they said its because of my GPRS usage in the night. I didnt use any GPRS. So I raised a complain about the same. But this went unanswered. Then I recharged with 20 rs for emergency use. Again my balance was deducted to zero. I am now afraid of recharging my account.

    Please solve this problem.

    i hd made a recharge of rs.50 ...after that i activated sms pack of rs 11 for making my messages at 1/p ...they charged rs 26 without ne conformation that it has been changed to rs. 26...neways no prob.
    but after that i again made a recharge of rs.30 n my balance ws smwt around rs 45...after 3 hrs they again deducted rs 11 frm my bal..on talking to customer care they says that the pack ws auto renewal...
    tis s nt the way they shd deal with the customers without ne confirmATION i said to the executive SIKANDER then says i will register ur complaint to consumer court he says.."JO KAR SAKTA HO TO KAR LE: (his wordings to me).
    if the pack ws auto renewal they would hv tell me or dosent tk my request///
    kindly make over it n strong action towards them

    Default Balance Deducted

    Dear sir,
    I,Md.Shahabuddin of 3A/H/9 Dr. M.N.Chatterjee sarani,Kolkata-9 is the holder of SMART Mobile no.9883842907.
    On 27th April, 2010 Rs.27/- deducted from my balance as L20 offer without my consent. In this connection I replied through text massage to 52811 several times but all the times "MASSAGE SENDING FAILED" to highlight as answer on my mobile screen after this I contacted customer care representative they did not listen our complaint and disconnected the line in middle. Through this letter I request you to never deduct any amount from my balance in future. If I need I will recharge from my own in order avoid loss which you have created for me here by deducting from my balance. Suppose I recharge for Rs.27/- will you give me full talk time of Rs. 27/- If the answer is NO then why you dare to deducted without my permission. Hope you understand what I want to say.
