Dear Sir
It looks like a practice each month that i have to follow complaining
against Vodafone India for them to reflect my payments made to them.
This time again I am suffering on account of NOn Professionalism at
Vodafone's End where my mobile No. 09780027707 has been deactivated of call
services on account of Non reflection of payment in Vodafone's systems which
was made 60 hours back at Vodafone Stare in Gurgaon ( India ).
Please refer to my mail attached as sent from my official and personal i.d.s
to Vodafone Punjab , where it has been clearly stated for the payment made
at VODAFONE Store.
Details for the same were immediately conveyed ( on16th March ) to the
helpline / customer care and since then have been repeatedly conveyed over
phone for more than 80 times in past 60 hours , but to my extreme surprise
they are still not reflectin as a result of which my services are barred by
Vodafone.
I would like to understand that why should a customer suffer for non
connectivity in case there is a flaw in systems of Vodafone , That too it is
not happenening for the first time. Kindly refer to my past mails below
where this non reflection of payment for days and weeks is something I am
facing with vodafone repeatedly for past 4 Months.
In the same respect NO One from Nodal Authorities / Heldesk / Complaint cell
Vodafone / Customer care had been to any help else than fooling me around
stating that the same will get done ASAP.
However Even after 60 hours of making the payment , current scenario remains
:
1. Payment made ( Rs. 6000 ) is in excess to billing amount ( Rs. 5000 ) and
made within 4 days of bill generation and is not delayed payment ( Refer
details attached ).
2. Payment made 60 hours back is still not reflecting in Vodafone's systems
as a result of which my services have been barred by Vodafone ( Even after
when said payment has been deducted from my account 60 hours back ).
3. I have spent more than 950 Rupees at Public Phone Booths making phone
calls to Vodafone customer care and nodal autorities ( Bills / Invoices /
evidences of which are available with me ) in past 2 days requesting for
support in above , since this non updation is a fault in Vodafone's system
and not mine.
4. As repeatedly conveyed to Vodafone customer care and Nodal Authorities ,
this undue and unreasonable disconnection of services has happened when I
was on business travel and was on verge of closing a multi lacs business
deal . Now since I was travelling at a remote location and could not carry
on the teleconference , this has resulted in loss of the said deal on
account of sheer unproffesionalism and ridiculous systems from Vodafone.
5. When Vodafone Gurgaon ( Where payment is made ) is contacted for the said
payment ( As made at Vodafone Gurgaon ), they refer me to talk to Vodafone
Punjab authorities and when Vodafone Punjab Customer care people are
contaced as referred they advise me to go to Vodafone store where payment is
made . As a result of the same i have wasted more than 12 hours in past 2
days in driving more than 340 KMs where All fault is at Vodafone's end.
6. Even after I have repeatedly request for my complaint no. from customer
care , the same is not provided to me till date.
As a result of all above I seek ahead your support in filing a legal
complaint against vodafone India for :
1. Harrasment of Customer over Phone / Helpline with maximum possible
Monetory Slapping.
2. Claim of All expenses incurred in calling Vodaofone Helpline.
3. Claim of All expenses incurred in Travelling repeatedly from distant far
off places to Vodafone Store at Gurgaon for followup.
4. Claim in full for all business deals lost on account of disconnection to
mobility at the time of deal closing due to flaw in Vodafone's systems.
5. Finally A confirmation from Vodafone that whether this number shall be
activated or Shall i go ahead with procuring a fresh connection from some
other service provider in case of which Not only a Legal penalty with all
financial obligations shall be slapped to Vodafone but also a maximum
possible redemption for customer harassment shall be levied on them.
