    Default Complaint against Vodafone Customer care

    Dear Sir

    It looks like a practice each month that i have to follow complaining
    against Vodafone India for them to reflect my payments made to them.
    This time again I am suffering on account of NOn Professionalism at
    Vodafone's End where my mobile No. 09780027707 has been deactivated of call
    services on account of Non reflection of payment in Vodafone's systems which
    was made 60 hours back at Vodafone Stare in Gurgaon ( India ).

    Please refer to my mail attached as sent from my official and personal i.d.s
    to Vodafone Punjab , where it has been clearly stated for the payment made
    at VODAFONE Store.
    Details for the same were immediately conveyed ( on16th March ) to the
    helpline / customer care and since then have been repeatedly conveyed over
    phone for more than 80 times in past 60 hours , but to my extreme surprise
    they are still not reflectin as a result of which my services are barred by
    Vodafone.

    I would like to understand that why should a customer suffer for non
    connectivity in case there is a flaw in systems of Vodafone , That too it is
    not happenening for the first time. Kindly refer to my past mails below
    where this non reflection of payment for days and weeks is something I am
    facing with vodafone repeatedly for past 4 Months.

    In the same respect NO One from Nodal Authorities / Heldesk / Complaint cell
    Vodafone / Customer care had been to any help else than fooling me around
    stating that the same will get done ASAP.

    However Even after 60 hours of making the payment , current scenario remains
    :
    1. Payment made ( Rs. 6000 ) is in excess to billing amount ( Rs. 5000 ) and
    made within 4 days of bill generation and is not delayed payment ( Refer
    details attached ).
    2. Payment made 60 hours back is still not reflecting in Vodafone's systems
    as a result of which my services have been barred by Vodafone ( Even after
    when said payment has been deducted from my account 60 hours back ).
    3. I have spent more than 950 Rupees at Public Phone Booths making phone
    calls to Vodafone customer care and nodal autorities ( Bills / Invoices /
    evidences of which are available with me ) in past 2 days requesting for
    support in above , since this non updation is a fault in Vodafone's system
    and not mine.
    4. As repeatedly conveyed to Vodafone customer care and Nodal Authorities ,
    this undue and unreasonable disconnection of services has happened when I
    was on business travel and was on verge of closing a multi lacs business
    deal . Now since I was travelling at a remote location and could not carry
    on the teleconference , this has resulted in loss of the said deal on
    account of sheer unproffesionalism and ridiculous systems from Vodafone.
    5. When Vodafone Gurgaon ( Where payment is made ) is contacted for the said
    payment ( As made at Vodafone Gurgaon ), they refer me to talk to Vodafone
    Punjab authorities and when Vodafone Punjab Customer care people are
    contaced as referred they advise me to go to Vodafone store where payment is
    made . As a result of the same i have wasted more than 12 hours in past 2
    days in driving more than 340 KMs where All fault is at Vodafone's end.
    6. Even after I have repeatedly request for my complaint no. from customer
    care , the same is not provided to me till date.

    As a result of all above I seek ahead your support in filing a legal
    complaint against vodafone India for :
    1. Harrasment of Customer over Phone / Helpline with maximum possible
    Monetory Slapping.
    2. Claim of All expenses incurred in calling Vodaofone Helpline.
    3. Claim of All expenses incurred in Travelling repeatedly from distant far
    off places to Vodafone Store at Gurgaon for followup.
    4. Claim in full for all business deals lost on account of disconnection to
    mobility at the time of deal closing due to flaw in Vodafone's systems.
    5. Finally A confirmation from Vodafone that whether this number shall be
    activated or Shall i go ahead with procuring a fresh connection from some
    other service provider in case of which Not only a Legal penalty with all
    financial obligations shall be slapped to Vodafone but also a maximum
    possible redemption for customer harassment shall be levied on them.

    Default Failure to provide service by vodafone

    Dear sir/madam,

    1. I am a serving army personnel, colonel. I had purchased a vodafone prepaid sim card from the mobile store,shop no-12, vishrantwadi, pune on 09 jul 09. The required certificates were given to the mobile store, the agent of vodafone and the sim card activated.

    2. Now the outgoing calls have been debarred from 12 jul 09 and incoming calls from 19 jul 09, on the grounds that proof of residence at pune has not been given. Being a service personnel, the required certificates were given and accepted by the agent.

    3. Now debarrings calls and denying services, despite having recd the payment in advance by the company is illegal . I request that the legal proceedings against the company be initiated to compensate the loss and denial of service.

    Default Misleading information by Vodafone Cust. Service Executive

    Hello,

    I am a Vodafone prepaid customer and have encountered many bad service experiences with it. I have been a victim of unnecessary charges due to mistake on the part of service executive. I have let it go a few times earlier but this time it was way too much. I called up the Cust. Service executive to confirm that I have a free SMS scheme and whether any charges would be levied against me if I send messages on 2nd August, which is considered as Friendship Day. He confidently says that as per our calendar, it is 4th August, so they charges would be applicable on that day. Based on this communication, I send across a few messages and then I get to know that my account balance is deducted. On calling up again, another executive says that it was a wrong information, and the charges deducted will not be reversed. Moreover, when I ask him to check the same with the concerned executive, he says that it cannot be done. I am greatly disappointed with Vodafone and plan to change my service provider soon if the issue is not resolved.

    Kindly guide me on the course of action.

    Hello i am prepaid customer of vodafone my no is 9916675532 and i'm facing a problem regarding cancelling of family and friends service nearly past 3 months and customer care persons are no responding my query and i have went to vodafone store 4 times and they to have not taken any action, i am losing 15 rupees every month so i kindly request to rectify my problem and refund the amount which i have lost for the last 3 months.     Default 74 rupees has been debited from my account

    hello this is Madhusudhan L J from mysore. last month i have recharged for rupees 150, in tat offer we have to use tat 150 rupees within 1 month from the date of recharge, but i have used that amount within 15 days itself and again i have recharged my account for 105 rupees, but after a week they have deducted an amount of 74 rupees from my account. i have lodged an complaint also they said that they wli refund that deducted amount within 24 hrs bt its already 15days over still i have not received that amount. i had called them many times. now its not possible to contact customer care because they have blocked my number. please

    kindly guide me on the course of action.

    Iam your old customer. My vodafone cell number is 9764464805. Actually, my customer care number is not working from your side, since one month over till now. Because I was calling to customer care but the problem is from your side, your executives are attending the calls, but they are not talking to the customer, I have tried 3/4 times but forth time they have answerd. They have told due to network problem they didn't here any voice, that's why the problem came to you sir. sorry for the inconvience. In the mean while when I was trying second day I can't able to contact to customer care, because in one day if we are calling three times you are disconnecting the 111 service.

    So, therefore I request you to start my 111 customer care, immediately, so that I can contact to you, if I am getting any problem.

    I kindly request you, to do this needful as soon as possible.

    sir,
    this is request that choose good behaviour people who can talk well;
    one of the customer care agents name SEEMA, she had done misbehavaves with the customer,
    she is working in Ranchi;she doesnot feel guilty for this
    n the supervisor hadnt take any action against her
    i had got complaint number but this goes all in vain;at last i m mailing this for justice
    i ll be thankful to u

    Default disconnecton of my vodafne connection even after making the payments

    my mobile no is 9759117333 of vodafone company. my last month bill was 920 rs which i already paid to one of their represntative nitin on 17th of this month my receipt no of that is 373855 and the bill collecting agency was leading - squad 205 chanakya tower rajpur road dehradun.

    but yesterday they disconnected my services due to non payment of my bill , then i contacted their customer care no 111 where i spoke to mr. abhishek pandey (floor superviser) and told him the same and he asked for my recepit no after prviding him the no. he said it may be our technical fault and he was very rude but still my no z not working whn i called him again he simply said that its not our job and i cant help it................

    i have been using their services for past more that 1 and half year and its my permanent no , i dont understand why should i suffer cauz of their mismanagement and irresponsability?

    plz elp me to sort out the problem

    Default Problem with Vodafone services: 9962591684

    I am really fed up with the Vodafone service.

    I made an online payment on 26th October for my number 9962591684 and the transaction id for the same was 125564776. Same has been update in the Vodafone account (even the date 26th Oct.) till today (28th October) my phone is disconnected.

    On 26th October, I place a request for re-connection (interaction id 1204560132, Shalini) and I was promised that the line will be re- connected within 30 mins. Today it has been about two days and the line has still not been re- connected. I made a number of calls for re-connection every agent promised me that it will be re-connected in 30 minutes. It has been two days now, but no re-connection. The most recent call has been to one Mr. Sebastian (Interaction ID 1206119558).

    Please look into the matter and also arrange for the compensation for the trouble cause due to the fault of Vodafone. Failing which, I would be forced to approach the Consumer Court.

    Dear Sir,


    I hearted with vodafone service.

    In the my september month's bill 1000 Rs. included extra.When I contact with customercare executive. It is said that my tariff plan has been chsnged in yearly advanced pay.When I asked how it is change it is tell to me that I have said verbally for it to Mr. pankaj Luthra at 17/09/2009.While when I contact to Vodafone care by email then they said I have send a message for the change my tariff plan at 10/10/2009.It ia a great contradiction and they are not clear how it became.I am very puzzlled. My customer care No. also has been locked.

    Dear Sir please take an action against vodafone.

    Hi,

    I have never seen a bad service like Vodafone.In the mid week of October i got a call from Vodafone sales dept..asking me to change from prepaid to postpaid...i said see i am not intersted rite now you can call me in November i probably can take this plan ..Vishal from Sales team, called me on 03'Nov..asking for the same plan i said no i am not intersted.On 04th again he called me my brother spoke to him and said see we are not intersted please do not call, he again called this time my elder sister said that we are not intersted please do not bother but he started abusing, this is how you treat you customers...i was very much sure that i'll not get any resoulution if ill call customer care...to make a complaint still i called spoke to Rajjat, i asked for a supvisior he said there is nor supvisior or manager availbale on the floor how disgusting!!! rubbish he jotted down the number from where i was getting calls...he said i can lodge a complaint online...in the end he asked me again do you want to chng from prepaid to postpaid(laughing)...holy cow!!! i have expected this no wonder...i called again spoke to parvesh(who was helping) again i asked for team leader.coach, manager anyone in higher auth so that i can make a complaint he was trying to connect the call to supvisior but the lines were busy(that's what he told me)...so he logged a complaint and gave me the ref number-2079543126...i am 100% sure that i'll not get any resoulution from you as well still i am doing this...please i want Vishal not to be part of your organization as he is spoling vodafone' reputation
