Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to my discussion held with one of your Customer Care Executive named Aashiqui from Vodafone - Peninsula Tower office. Your representative could call up an ill lady and abuse her for some stupid reasons.
Request you to please look in to the same and teach your Customer Care Executive some rational way to handle your customers.
Thanks and regards,
Sanjiv

matters:-On 14.05.10 I found a sms in my mobile that an unlimited music could be listened and for this a toll free no. was displayed in my instrument.Myself called the said no and found it was nothing but your advertisement of same nature by virtue of which you every now and then create disturbances and irritation in the mind of your cusatomer.Subsequently I got an sms at 15.31 same day wherein, I had been congratulated by my successful subcription for Rs 30 towards taking part in Vodaphone music and very clevarly they deducted Rs 30 from my account.I sent a reply immediately ,which returned unserved stating invalid message.I understood the matter that you are making your revenue target by cheating innocent people.I shall suggest your VP/AVP/CEO to stand in the road of Delhi with an empty bowl in their hand during the ensuing common wealth game for revenue collection instead of cheating the innocent citizen.Get my money back or I shall move to regulatory board/court .

Hi,
I am using vodafone services from last 4-5 years and i have been paying more than 3 times of average ARPU all this while. When i needed another connection i preferred the same service provider over others, however there were plenty of choices available.
In the recent past i have experienced numerous problems wrt service, customer care, network etc and every time i was turing a blind eye towards them, but today's experience has been one of the worst in last so many years and is forcing me to bring this to your notice.
My recent bill for 9873440937 has charges levied for Blackberry Prosumer Lite which i have never used and in fact when i realized months ago that such service is there in my device which i do not need, i immediately informed vodafone to deactivate the same, but i was informed by an executive that it is free and you need not to bother, even if you are using it, as this will be deactivated in couple of months time automatically.
Now when i asked to reverse these charges the executive denies completely with non-supportive behaviour. I condemn such behaviour and want to deactive the service immediately and i am not going to make any payment till the time it gets sorted out.
On top of it see this is what was waiting for me:

I don't know how many of you might have come across this problem but I am having a rela hard time dealing with it.
I do not remember when the NDNC registry was introduced but I registered as on 2008-08-15 10:55:03.0
Now I have been getting telemarketing messages very frequently despite being registered in the NDNC.
I have also started receiving calls from banks offering me Credit cards.
In 2009 I registered several the compliants with the Vodafone Call center.
No positive outcome.
I then registered a complaint on the pgportal.gov.in website.
Now comes the surprising part.
The complaint was forwarded to
Sanjeev Arora
: DGM(R&GR)
: M/s Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Ltd.
: C-48,Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II,
: New Delhi.
WHO THEN CLOSED THE CASE WITH THIS RESPONSE
The case was referred to the concerned service provider. The response received therefrom that : " The report received from M/s Vodafone vide their letter no.: G 5-b37/01/07 dt. on 02-2-2010 informed that the concern of the subscriber Mr . satyan bajaj has been replied on 12-1-2010.Hence , the case may be closed."
They blatantly deny that I got a SMS.
I HAVE UPLOADED ALL MY COMPLAINT NUMBERS ANS SMS DETAILS THAT I HAVE RECIEVED TILL DATE TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT BUT CANNOT POST THE LINK YET.
NOW COMES THE PART WHERE I FEEL VODAFONE IS THE CULPRIT.
THE SMS I HAVE RECEIVED FROM; SOME OF THE NUMBERS REPEATED AND THE COMPANY AS WELL WITH DIFFERENT NUMBERS
NOW THE FACT THAT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY VODAFONE TILL DATE PROVES THE FACT THAT THEY THEMSELVES ARE SELLING A DATABASE OF THE CUSTOMERS NUMBERS TO SUCH TELEMARKETERS
THE POINTS BELOW PROVE THE SAME
AS PER THE NDNC REGULATIONS To discourage the telemarketers who make calls to the numbers registered in Do Not Call List, a provision has been made whereby Rs.500/ - shall be payable by the telemarketer to the service provider for every first unsolicited commercial communication (UCC) and Rs.1000/- shall be payable for subsequent UCC. There is a provision for disconnection of the telemarketer telephone number / telecom resource if the UCC is sent even after levy of Rs.500/- & Rs.1000/- tariff
REPEATED CALLS/SMS FROM SAME TELEMARKETER
NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THEM EVEN BY THE NODAL OFFICER
A REPLY SAYING THAT I RECEIVED NO SMS FROM THE NUMBER ON GIVEN DATE/TIME
CLOSING THE CASE CLAIMING A LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO ME WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED
THE ABOVE PROVES THAT VODAFONE IS IN NON COMPLIANCE OF REGULATION 16 UNDER THE TELECOM UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS, 2007 FOR WHICH THE ACTION MENTIONED UNDER HAS TO BE TAKEN.
In case of non-compliance to the Telecom Unsolicited Commercial Communications Regulations, 2007, the Service Provider is also liable to pay an amount by way of financial disincentive, not exceeding Rs.5000/- for first non-compliance of the regulation and in case of second or subsequent such non-compliance, an amount not exceeding Rs.20,000/- for each such non-compliance.
PLEASE NOTE : ALL CALLS, E-MAILS, SMS's, CALL LOGS AND CALL RECORDINGS CAN BE PROVIDED IF AND WHEN REQUIRED INCLUDING THE ONES REGISTERED WITH THE DOT THROUGH THE PGPORTAL.GOV.IN SITE
