    Angry to change plan in vodafone post paid connection

    dear sir,
    i have vodafone post paid connection no...9839915329, which i am using for two years in "one year rental plan"..in january 2010 when i asked the customer care that when will my "one year plan" will end, so that to change my plan,he told that the info. will be given before the plan ends.but now the bill date 1/3/2010 ..one year rental plan of Rs 999 is already added in the bill without any previous info
    kindly consider the request and do the needfull

    Post re claiming of balance

    Actually i heard tat for recharging 85rs i wil get 105rs... so icalled to the tollfree num 121 and confirmed.. after tat i recharged accordingly after recharging i got only 75rs. i called to customer care and asked when wil be the remaining amount will be credited the care executive told tat within 1day you wil get the remaining.. i waited for the same but i dint get.. i called to customer care but these people has cutted my way to customer care i called from my friends cell and i asked they told after 5hours you wil get and i registered my complaint also till now my remaining amount has not came and i m not able to call the customer care also these bloody people has not yet replied.....
    shame on account of vodafone services and they are not satisfying the customer needs and these people are not rectifying the faults made by the company vodafone.......
    shame on these people....
    if they read this i hope they will react...

    I am a vodafone user from last many years. I have a postpaid no. 9873144581
    i want to convert my no. From post paid to prepaid.
    So i visit your vodafone store at DARYA GANJ,DELHI
    There is an employee MR. TANUJ,he is abusing his authority & did misbehaviour with me..
    I visit this store yesterday i.e.19/3/2010 at 3.10 p.m token no. 58
    He said that he is not doing the work because he do not want..
    So,i want that u will take a strict action against him,because he did misbehave with me.

    Sir

    I am using vodafone no : 9884179297 for past 5 years. 4 months back i activated per second billing, after the activation, i am recharging very high amount due to my per second billing. Kindly guide me to de-activate per second billing as soon as possible.

    Thumbs down charges for unregistered (voice chat ) service

    Hi

    Vodafone activated voice chat without any request from our side about three/four months ago and has been deducting 30 rs per month.

    I am really disturbed with their service. When I did not request for voice chat why did they activated without my permission

    I have submitted complaint through the online service, sent them emails and even tried calling customer care but all have been useless. I haven't got any response so far. This is really discouraging and I think this will eventually make me move to some other service provider. It would be really appreciated if you would refund my money.

    Iam Rafee and my number is 9884823935 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting@@@@@@@@@@@@@@98848 23935@@@@@@end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I had a bad impression on Vodafone customer care yesterday. I was just checking the vodafone services which is available in our mobile under settings. But it automatically sends the msg to vodafone to activate that and they have charged RS. 30 as a monthly usage. I called customer care and inquired about it and they said this was activated after confirming from me but i have not confirmed anything from my side. It all happens automatically. Also, their response is very rude and they are not bothered about the customers feelings and their time. customer care reply is "You use if you want it otherwise cancel the service and go, we can't do anything for that". Also, they are repeating these sentence again and again and made me frustrated. They are not listening what I am trying to say. Then I called 198 toll free number to raise a complaint and give the feedback to them about this feature. The rep name is Krithika. Initially she too talked the same thing and told that this will be taken as a feedback and I will get the reference number for this call but i havn't received any numbers from them.

    This customer care is useless. Even BSNL and other network customers cares are doing their job with understanding the customer feelings but Vodafone is useless. They can say Happy to HELP but they are really happy to avoid customers and made them frustrated. I have never seen the customer care like this before..

    Pls take necessary actions to resolve these kinds of issues in future.

    hi,
    this is siddharth. i m using vodafone number for 3-4 yrs.i m really fed up with the kind of services offered by the vodafone,i guess there is no process of knowing what the customer care executives are promising the customers.nobody is listening the complaints.i have been charged for things which i was told are free of cost,after being charged the rental.when we complain at cust care dept. nobody wants to hear that...my byusiness is really suffring a lot....i reallly need to talk to the higher authorities so that they can get to know hw there customers are hearing....
