    moreover, in the interest of all the costumers of this plan i would like to bring to your notice that, the issue should basically be with the software. if i am facing this problem, so should any consumer who has done this recharge.

    so there is a possibility of full-fledged cheating and stealing customer money is done by vodafone in this issue. the poor consumer is at the receiving end of all this.

    adding to this i feel that every consumer has the right to know whether his request has been logged properly. but vodafone customer care executive refuses to divulge what is noted down as my request.

    i request you to kindly look into this issue as serious as they will be doing a widespread stealing of all the consumer's money.

    Thumbs down No not Allocated Even After Verification

    Hi

    I have applied for postPaid service for vodofone .I submitted all document around 20 days before and till this date they haven't done any verification or activation of Sim.I followed with their executive who promised us that it will done within 24 hrs but still no action is done.These executive have stopped picking our call and not responding to our queries.It is really so frustrating .I will recommend all user not to subscribe for Vodofone.

Of std 149 card and no one take responsibility to replace it since 6 month even your agency also so the card has been expiered i goto your customercare office but no one take action what can i do pl tell me hurry

    Default poor services leading to disconnection of services

    Dear sir/ maam,
    i am an Army offr posted in COD Agra as the Adminstrative offr, we haad vodafone as our CUG connection. it was due to poor services, worst connectivity and OVER EXORBITANT BILLS that the group of 60 people decided to breake this connection. presently we running after vodafone offices to stop the connection since 15 Jan 2010, but the office is nither accepting our letters nor are able to provide us the final bill. this is another example of their poor services. plz help me out.

    Hello Sir / Madam

    This seems to be a Big story but take this as a serious matter, after reading you might understand my Plight if this all happens to educated (common) people what'll happen to those who can't voice their complaints. My name is Kallappa Vijapurkar, my no. is +91-9923852566, & I am using vodafone for nearly 3 years and have activated the FF & Buddy Plan on my Number since that time. After the arriving of new scheme of 1 paise/sec. I had called 111 Customer Care Executive (CCE) may be in the month of Nov or Dec. & inquired about the new scheme, that if I activate 1paise/sec plan on my number, will the FF plan get deactivated(or not) & the CCE given information that no your FF plan will not not deactivated, you can use both the plans on the same number. I confirmed again with another CCE he given me the same information, I also asked my retailer Mr. Naveen, who called up their customer care & the information was same that we can use both plans. So, I recharged my number with Rs. 29/- (which activates 1paise/sec.) on 12th jan 2010 at around 1.00am and in the morning when I called my FF Plan numbers it is charging me as per the new scheme i.e. 1paise/sec. However the rental of my FF plan is deducting till date ie 19th jan, but I am not getting the benefit of my FF Plan.
    In the morning when I called up CCE at 7.00am regarding this, a girl talked to me said this is because you have recharged with Rs. 29/- and FF Plan has been closed by vodafone 4 months back and when I replied that this information is given by your CCE, she pretends that “NO” this type of information is not given by us, again when I asked she kept me on hold sometime and told that both the schemes are running on your mobile wait it will take some time.
    Again I called up CCE at 11.00am & registered a complaint (no. 975650534) about this he told me that you will get a resolution by 15th jan, & on 13th jan I got call from this no. 02041049900 Mr. Arun, he told me the same thing that this is because you have recharged with Rs. 29/- & the scheme has been closed. blah blah.... I told him that this information is given by you people, he told me to recharge with Rs. 26/- you will get your FF plan back, however Rs 26/- recharge is for SMS pack, on the same day I had called CCE for 4 times and again & again I am repeating the same story (Mr. Niranjan, Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Yogesh, Ms Pranali) someone argued with me you go to Vodafone Store and find out, we cant do anything, it is a system error etc. i fed up & requested to transfer my call to senior, he did it to Mr. Hemant Supervisor but after some conversation the call disconnected & too, I had called that from my friends mobile because my no. has been blocked by CC for 15 days to 111 on the same day. I called up again the call transferred to senior Mr. Ganesh, I repeated the same story he agreed & committed to solve my problem by 15th jan, on same complaint no. ie 975650534 (no need to register another complaint) and you will receive a call from our team.
    I called up CCE on 15th jan at 4.00 pm and inquired about my status of complaint he replied the mostly these types of calls are coming at around 7.00 to 8.00 pm, but no call from CC till 8.00 pm I called up again CCE after 8.00pm & requested to transfer my call to senior after repeating the same story to new fellow he kept me on hold for 21 minutes and call has been disconnected, I called up again repeated the same story 2nd fellow is asking me the name of the 1st fellow & talked very rudely to me, he kept holding line for 10 to 15 min.& disconnected, I tried again & finally the call has been transferred to Senior Mr Rohit supervisor, he also committed to solve the problem, he told me to recharge with Bonus card of Rs. 59/- (V2V 30paise, other mobile 50paise and STD 1rupee) to get your FF Plan Back & also agreed that co. will refund your money if you didnt get your FF plan back, so I recharged with Rs. 59/- on 16th jan at 11.30. am but but it is also of no use & the new scheme got activated on my mobile by deactivating the 1paise/sec. scheme.( No name of FF Plan)
    On 17th jan I talked to Mr Anand Deshmukh senior supervisor and complained about my previous experiences he said sorry you will not face these type of problem again, he also committed that I will go through all your earlier conversations and try to find out who are the culprits. He also promised me he will solve my problem within 24 hrs and given a new complain no 967379250. I called up CCE on 18th jan after completion of 24 hrs Ms. Ashwini (CCE) that your complaint has been registered & time period for that is 20th jan 2010.
    I dont know why CCE are misguiding the customers & also not ready to agree their mistake, making fool of us by increasing time by 24hrs , 48hrs etc. & telling us to recharge this voucher and that. Seniors are also making commitments to solve the problem but taking no initiative.
    I am facing these problem for nearly 7 days but everyday a new CCE and new senior is on line making commitments to solve the problem but no response from them. So, request you to look into this matter to get me back my FF & Buddy Plan on my no., refund the money which I have spend on recharging the vouchers on the wrong information given by the CCE & seniors, & also the extra charges charged for calling & messaging my FF & Buddy nos.

    looking for any photocopy shop and requested me to send me the scanned copy
    by email after coming back, i was satisfied and got the form filled and
    signed by my wife.

    After he leaves Mr.Chetan called me from your verification cell after 20
    minutes when i was about to leave, he said he will not activate no. in my
    wife's name and instead he will do in my name, i was astonished, i just
    started my reference call from DEEPAK, he stopped me inbetween and said "AAP
    HI BOLTE RAHOGE KE SUNOGE BHI" , i was so annoyed and i said him to take
    back the sim i dont need any connection then he gave phone to his senior
    Mr.Chakarwarti he too spoke in same tone but after my shouting he started
    requesting me not to return sim he will call me next day and I should not
    spoil my mood (that already was spoiled to extreme), next day they didnt
    called me the guy came with the free BAG to me and he requested a lot and i
    gave him my wife's pan card he went to get it photocopied and then again i
    talked the chetan he said the same i will have to give my PAN CARD,MY
    PASSPORT and one NOC etc. that was the limit as soon as the guy came with
    photocopy i gave him the sim and bag and requested him to leave and if my
    money can be refunded Rs.250/- i paid for the sim, if not that i dont need
    that as i dont want to have any association with VODAFONE.

    Today morning I called up the customer care once again just to enquire about
    the action taken on my complaint I have to wait for 5 minutes till I am
    connected to the executive, I have to tell him whole story and in end what
    he said was: "Sir, our systems are down he will be unable to help me" and
    hung the phone. This was so humiliating experience to be a VODAFONE
    customer, my problem is that my no. is so officially circulated as i am
    using it for 2-3 years , but i am waiting for the service that is likely to
    be introduced by TRAI that will enable customers to change the service
    provider retaining the same no., but i have circulated an email to all my
    friends, colleagues, communities about this incident and I am sure I will be
    able save a lot of my friends being harassed like me.

    I hope you are a very big company and one Vivek Sharma cant affect your
    sales and business, but really advise you to please stop wasting money on
    advertisements and concentrate on your consumers' needs:&.

    I would like to end here, as I have already given a lot of my valuable time
    to you people for last four days. Thanks":D
