    I have done that thousand times (removing SIM, restarting, etc.) and already tried to insert SIM in another phone to check if this the problem with handset. You must first understand the issue before telling me to restart the phone. Did you check the support log for what I had complained for.

    Default rejection of documents again & again

    hello sir/madam,
    I am vinod kumar, from mumbai. I am using vodafone from last 3yrs, no. is 9833382288. recently
    one months before i converted my postpaid plan to prepaid. after that i hv submitted documents 4 times in vodafone gallery..but after every 2 -3 days they stop my outgoing & incoming calls. now they are saying that again you have to submit documents...
    due to this I am not able to contact with family n with colleagues.
    its my Humble request... Please do something for Me..

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I am Gaurav Kumar, living in Gzb. Mob. No. 9910196300. This is to inform you that as on 01.03.2012 Mr. Anuj, Mob. no. 9811722075 had visited our Ghaziabad RFCL office and told me the plan. I am using airtel no. & already given a request for portability & got a message that Your Unique Porting ID is AD319927 and the expiry date is 16/03/2012 from Vodafone. As per Mr. Anuj this process should be completed till 08.03.2012 but till date(15.03.2012) there is no action taken by Mr. Anuj. He also received Rs. 250 for security deposit by me against CAF No. 83506694 & handed over the sim no. 17000509161 to me. I am regularly calling to Mr. Anuj but he is not responding any thing positively. I am attaching here that Tariff Enrollment Form which is given to me by him.

    Please help me regarding this issue & solve this ASAP.

    Dear sir

    I am resident of Anakapalle of visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. My mobile number is 9885633444. I am using your Vodafone services for the last four or three years. For the last three months I am not receiving any demand notices Hence I am unable to pay the bills in time which forced me to pay penalties unnecessarily . And your office is changing the schemes with out prior permission from me This is highhandedness of your office. Please act on my complaint immediately or otherwise cancel my sim immediately and inform me .

    Default disconnection of my mobile

    dear sir/madam, my prepaid no 9732333432 has been temporarily disconnected by you on 20th april night.Some miscreant must have given you the request. Yesterday on 21st april I have requested to normalise my connection at 10:40 am and again reminded at the evening ,but
    still my connection has not been resumed. Please do the needful so that my no gets activated at the earliest.

    Thumbs down Unnecessary balance deduction.

    Dear sir

    I am Vodafone's' customer for almost four years now ,and have been quite satisfied so far with its services and customer dealing.Recently i have started facing problem with my number,My phone balance gets deducted for no reasons .There is no confident answer from Customer care also .It leaves no other way out for me apart from changing my services to any other services provider.I spoke to three CCE,named Amit,Khem and Pradeep Salhi.

    I hope to get a revert asap and fix this problem.

    Regret to state that, despite the complaint made earlier about the CHEATING NETWORK has not been resolved by your end.
    You must not play with the customer's money because of bribing the culprits for getting license of operating in our country.
    I am serious and if the tower net work does not improve within 24 hours this matter will be referred to the High Court of India and to the consumer forum.
    Cheating must be stopped and dedicated, efficient services must be provided.

    Default Vodafone Post Paid Connection

    My Name is kalyan chakravarthy...Recently there was a vodafone customer care executive who visited my office and asked to get the post paid connection with different offer plans.I liked the plan and chose one plan but asked him to transfer my existing number to vodafone..He has collected all the documents and told me that it will be done in 15 days of time....After 30 days also it was not done and he again visited saying that he lost all his documents and i have submitted everything again..Now also there is no reply from him and its already been 2 months now....This is how vodafone customer care executive behave with people
