    Default inspite of many compliants,the poor response of vodafone

    i m a post post customer of vodafone and my no is 9966678222, inspite of many compliants raised by me to the customer care i didnt get any response from them regarding my compliant. all that they do is, giving the compliant no to me each time when i visit to the vodafone store and telling that a request is placed regarding ur compliant and a confirmation call ll be made to me after solving the problem. not even a single call is made to me by them. and when i visit the store to check the status of my complaint they say," the it is written here (in their system) that ur problem is resolved" . i have a collection of 10 to 12 complaint no's none of them solved yet. . . the very poor service of vodafone causing a lot of loss to me. .

    pls can any one help me

    Angry Bad response of Customer Care

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

    As per the above subject, the vodafone has changed my prepaid plan of lifelong free sms to 1rp per sms. This is a mistake committed from their side and I have already complained 7 times from the past 1week and they are yet to correct it.

    Each time they say they would correct it within 24 hrs and they have not shown any progress in this matter. When I ask them to connect me to their seniors also they put me on hold for more than 10min but still they have not taken the responsibility to correct their mistake. I am facing this problem since 6th of November 2009 and since then I have complained 7 times. Even today, ie 12th November 2009 I complained twice but no positive response.

    Hence I request you to help me out in this matter as soon as possible.

    To all my dear vodafon users,

    first we have to send the written complaint to our area nodal office about our problem, and then wait for 10 days, if the nodal office become fails to provide solution then we have to officially lodge the complaint against them for that I ask admin and advocate to help us.

    One more thanx to the team for providing the supporting judgments. These are helping us to understand the exact situations.

    Exclamation vodafone cheating customer on tariff

    Hi,
    i am using vodafone prepaid mobile. they had recenty introduced a scheme wherein by recharging with an amount of Rs.70/-, the first 2 mins of call everday will cost 2p/S. after which it will be charged at a rate of 1P/s. i did the recharge on 6/11/2009. but i noticed that even after 2 minutes each day i am being charged at 2 P/s. i raised the request with vodafone customer care to look into it and revert back my money for the lost charges. the request was raised on 10/11/2009 my request number was 1217845918. i was informed that things will be fixed by friday 13/11/2009 10:30 AM. but when i enquired on friday, they raised a new request with number 1220568854. they pointed that it will be fixed by today saturday morning 10 AM. when i enquired today they are still trying to push things.

    they are not willing to transfer the money. if i ask to revert the balance the customer care comes back with a reply saying that the application to check for the call logs is not working. when i call back and check with the customer care again, they didnt have any such problems. the customer care people are just bluffing to help themselves from crediting back the money.

    moreover, in the interest of all the costumers of this plan i would like to bring to your notice that, the issue should basically be with the software. if i am facing this problem, so should any consumer who has done this recharge.

    so there is a possibility of full-fledged cheating and stealing customer money is done by vodafone in this issue. the poor consumer is at the receiving end of all this.

    adding to this i feel that every consumer has the right to know whether his request has been logged properly. but vodafone customer care executive refuses to divulge what is noted down as my request.

    i request you to kindly look into this issue as serious as they will be doing a widespread stealing of all the consumer's money.

    Question fraud committed by vodafone

    hello sir..
    i have been using vodafone sku295 plan for the past 3 years.i was really very happy with it.i got family n friends offer along with the sim in which i used to get 5 numbers in which i can get half call rates.my vodafone to vodafone used to turn to 25p from 50p/min and call to all other networks used to turn to 50p from 1re/min.my std rate was 1re/min.and as my std calling was increasing these days i called customer care on saturday and the executive on call was Lokesh Saroha.he said that if i recharge with rs 48 my local and std will convert to 60p/sec for 1 year.i asked and confirmed from his side that whether my family n friends service get effected from this?he said no sir since ur current calling rates are less, they wont be effected.but if i convert my plan to 1p/sec calling then it will deactivate as my current plan is in per min calling.but then after i do recharge i get a msg after an hour that my plan sku295 has been deactivated.and then i kept on calling vodafone care for 2 straight hours and explained my situation to atleast 8 people who then say that we will transfer your call to our senior and then the call goes on hold and disconnects after 10-15 on its own and no one answered.and then i get a sms that i requested for lifetime validity and it has been activated while i did not requested for anything.and then my std calling is not working, it automatically got deactivated.the customer care guys say that my plan cannot be reactivated since i have reacharged for rs48.its not my fault that one of their guys said me to get it done.this is a real fraud done by vodafone with me.i am going to vodafone store today for complaining.but what should i do?will i get my plan back somehow?please help me...

    I have use Vodafone network my no-09538200211 I got sim card -28-10-2009

    But I am ask for my tariff details your customer care executive He told our system not update your tariff details I send SMS also MYTARIFF TO997SMS Reply –invalid dealer number Vodafone kar circle what happen I do no gave a good service for customer otherwise you losing the customer please improve your service . gave a my tariff details . Please call & mail already iam send so many mails .your people note working & Note taking care Please check on status Do the needful...

    Default charging on in coming and out going calls at unexorbitant rates

    Dear Sir, I am of the opinion that voadafone has there on rulse for customers. As they are charing on my phone No. 98883-71257 at their will for all incoming and outgoing calls. Although I have availed 1 piece per second call rate.please request them to ectify the same.

    Post complaint againts aircel customer care

    Dear sir/mam,
    Myself MANIKANDAN (9941995143) I’m one of u r customer. I & my family using aircel network past 7 years (not the same number). I didn’t have any problem in your network, but past 6month my wife facing a problem in u r add-on pack (dialer-tune). We are continuously completing to u r call center but they simply said we r really sorry sir, we'll check it out and we'll get back to u are our Sr.manager will speak with u within 24hrs, but still they didn’t call me. this is happened long long back, but still I didn’t get any reply.iam not simply blaming, I was suffered by this peoples and I’ll raised lot of complaints to their customer support, but there is no response in your side, weekly their taking 10rs and the 2nd day again there are taking 20rs.we don’t need the dialer tune please cut are delete, if I’m blaming u then why should you have to refund the money. Your people refund the money at-least 3times to me. Even I have some voice recording also, find the below mention names and the complaint no’s

    Exclamation complaint for non activation of sim card...

    hello sir/madam,
    I am Yogesh kumar, from shakarpur new delhi. I am using vodafone from last 3yrs, no. is 9873023054. Due to stolen of my mobile phone I have applied for a new sim with the same number 20 days before...
    But still sim is not activated. I have summited my document two time now they are saying that you have to submit documents again... They are saying that varification still in the process...
    due to this I am not able to contact with family n with colleagues.
    its my Humble request... Please do something for Me..

    Question for complaint against vodafone care and services

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Rajneesh pandey and my no. is(09838735472 , 9711501557), I am forwarding this complaint because at 22-Nov-09 balance of rs-30, from my one no. --9838735472 has been deducted without any reason, Same for details I have called up at their helpline no. for asking details same form previous three days i am receiving same response that please call after four hours because server down and systems are not working properly. When I asked them for further help and told him to forward a mail to concern department or make a note for my complaint but they replied that they have no seniers availabe on floor and they disconnected my call for three times so i unable to forward complaint. so please do needful.

    Default SMS charges

    Hi ,

    I am using vodafone in Bangalore, I had recharged for 119 which plan is 50paisa in all over India and 100 free sms per day. It was working for for 1st month (after complaint), Again it started charging for local sms 50 paisa per sms. Daily i am calling customer care, they are replying sorry it will be active with in 24 hours. I am using this number +91 9886108533 from last more than 5 years. I was not expected like this. I dont know how Vodafone is behaving to the customer. No proper plan no proper work for helping customer. Everyday i am loosing minimum 15 min from my time against this plan talking with customer care, but still no result. I am really very surprised to see this kind of behavior of Vodafone, Now m blaming VODAFONE only even i used this network from last 5 year.
    Please do the needful ASAP. and please do something which helps the customer care ASAP.

    my name is rajinder kumar my no is 9873543952 my 92 rupee deducted my account i call customer care dharmender vibhishan and raj any bady not right reason confirm for me every bady till me different reason dharmender till me you call isd number but not confirm isd number vibhishan till me you actived any service vodaphone but not confirm which service please my 92 rupee add my account balance

    both are talking very rudally customer care person

    hi...this is aditya bansal from Bangalore.
    im using a voafone number from the last 3 years..
    About 18 days back i have mailed to vodafone coorporate plan department to suggest me some decent postpaid coorporate plans as im working with HDFC bank.
    i receive a reply to that mail , regarding the acknowledgement for the mail and mentioning that they'll reply with some decent plans within 48 hours..
    Still i didnt receive any mail from there side ..
    i hope if this is the kind of service u'll provide to the customers, no matter how good is the company people always have options ..
