    I am using the Vodafone service for last 6 years and recently after coming to Delhi I have taken the corporate plan. I was told that I will be getting some kind of discount in my bill on monthly basis as my plan is like that. However I don't see any kind of a discount given to me. Also when I call the customer service they don't have any answer for my questions. Beside that they prefer to argue. I have received three messages on three different dates which deviates from each other. The first message said that I have a bill for Rs. 1675 and the second message said that I have a bill for Rs. 1900 and some change. I haven't deleted the messages yet. Now two days back I have paid the bill where I paid Rs. 1700 and today I again I got a message that my credit limit is exceeding. My question is how is that possible and whether Vodafone is aware about the plan has been given to me. The person sitting here in Genpact building (Silokhera) has no answers as I believe his work is to give the card and then his duties are over. Right?



    This is really not accepted and I would request you to look into this matter. This is the second time I am writing this kind of email to you. The first time I wrote to you then the problem was resolved. I don't want to extend this issue any further.

    My services has been barred as of now and I seriously do not appreciate that fact when I am paying my bills on time. I would like you to please increase my credit limit as I will pay my bill on time. I have been doing the same. It has been observed that the customer service people also doesn't talk in the polite way.



    I would appreciate if you can give me a call today. Please reply once you get my mail.

    Default deduction of money from prepaid account

    Hello ,
    This is just to bring to the notice of everybody that what a cheat the Vodafone company is and how they don't value their customers. I had been out of India for some time and carried my cell n they automatically activated my international roaming without I being aware of it not only that they deducted Rs99 from my prepaid account even for the next month without any intimation this shows how pathetic the service is I hope some action can be taken against it.

    We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the VODAFONE customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.

    Default complaint against the vodafone centre at pathankot

    After my transfer to srinagar I went to your office at pathankot for cancellation of my existing phone number i.e,9888712633 and 9646022633 but the response of your representative was not positive and they just asked me to come again.Instantly I again went to the office in the morning dated 16.07.2010 for the same purpose they again asked me come in evening,on reaching to your office again the response shown by them was not at all satisfactory simply giving the reason that the office has been closed.Now I am totally fed up with your organisation as they have not given the positive response as expected by the valuable customer.you are requested to cancel my above given phone numbers at the earliest failing which I will not make any payment regarding these numbers in future.

    hi dear sir/madam
    my mobile number is 09830649961.vodafone Kolkata.i have a postpaid connection.for past 2 months i am facing a problem with vodafone.they are deduting my balance from my account though i know that i did not activate it.and after knowing that i deactivate my caller time following your information but still happening the same in the next month.it happens june 21st.they deduct and i deactivate CAN CT to144 in 23rd june at 12.30 am.but the same thing happens with me in this month while i am complaining they r saying i do not have deactivate but i have my message history in my mobile.now this is not something to happen with a renowned company like vodafone.is this the way to take money for the company from their customer for trivial reason.are vodafone running loss and taking money from customers?
    whats wrong with them?

    Send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such problem in future, wait for their response and revert us back.

    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Angry vodafone's failure of givng me receipt of Rs6999 blackberry plan corporate scheme

    Dear Customer care team members / Ms Babita Khanna /Mr. Neeraj

    On the request of Neeraj Kumar (who used to sit in our office premises at Ernst & Young, Gurgoan), i agreed to take Rs6999 plan on my blackberry. For which i have already made the payment in cash to you on the spot in my office on 29th april 2010 under corporate scheme without getting receipt thereof despite my repeated requests to you ,as the same has to be deposited to my office as an evidence of procurement.Even after my subsequent consecutive requests to you , i still have not recieved the reciept in question .i also observed there is frequent discrepancy in my monthly bill which i have already brought to your knowledge time to time in which i am being charged Rs899 in respect of black berry which is not applicable under Rs 6999 plan which you have marketed to me , however Rs899 amt are being adjusted internally, the modus operandi is only known to you . the amount which was being adjusted earlier has neither corrected nor adjusted for the current bill.

    When i tried to contact you to discuss the matter you tried to prolong it and made false promises, your act in this regard is tantamount to fraud and harassment to the customer ,majority of time i found your mobile no.9999555538 switched off or not responded, in this connection i observe deficiencies in your services which need to be redressed immediately failing which i shall be compelled to approach judicial authority for the redressal / compensation in the matter.
