i had purchased nokia 6233 model cell phone(my number is 9739166017)
9 months ago ..................and last 2 week back ago i got a problem about the
speaker of the phone,i went nokia customer care which is located in basavangudi,my
phone has warranty but the technician said that there is no warranty for liquid
problem. so he told it wont come under warranty,and it will charge Rs.1200.actually
it was not a problem of liquid,but he was not ready to hear my words,finally i agree
to pay the amount,and he gave 1 month warranty for it,again after six day's the same
problem is repeat, and i went the service center,first he said it will charge again
Rs 1200 for service.when i shown that 1 month warranty bill,then he said that it
cannot repair,and he ignored my request and sent me away so please i request u to
look after my problem and send me a message as soon as u recieve my
message...............thanking u
