Regarding Service of Vodafone

    Default Regarding Service of Vodafone

    Sir,
    Iam Uday Kumar Manam.Iam from warangal (dist)..I have taken a vodafone sim number (9966789497)on 4-sep-2007 at Chilakaluripet ,Guntur(dist) during my Btech academic year.At that i did have any identity proof form me thats why i have taken the sim card on my fathers identity proof.My father name is Subba rao.I have give my fathers Voter Id as Identity proof and one photo.Yesterday morning i have lost my mobile .Today i went to vodafone in warangal but my sim was registered on another name(M.Venkateshwarlu) instead of my fathers name.We have given correct identity proofs and followed companies rules and taken the sim.
    Iam using that number since 3 years .Now iam in search of job. I have given this number for contact number in all of my Resumes..This mobile number is my life.I can't get any interview calls without this number.But the vodafone employees are asking to bring the address and identity proof of the registered person. How can we get that persons identity proof with out knowing who is he.Its not my mistake but i am loosing my furture because of thiers mistake.I don't know whether it is Retailers Misteake or Distributors Mistake or Vodafone Companys Mistake.But iam suffering with out any cause.
    Please help me sir please to get my sim back..its not possible to update all my resumes with new number which i have sent to companies.. So their is no other way i want my sim otherwise another option for me is Suicide..I have given all the details of all my outgoing messages list.And my last Recharge amount..When i asked the customer care executive to raise the complaint they are telling to go to store.when i went to store they are telling make a call to customer care..Please sir please help me sir no other way for me sir.please...
