    This is to inform you that, I Dr. Anindya Chatterjee is a user of Nokia-E-51 mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile phone in your service center dated 4 th Jan, 2011 due to solve the problem of inconsistency of availability of network in the same phone. On 5th Jan,2011 evening I went there to collect my handset as I have been informed that my handset is OK and I can collect it> My Token No was H43. But after going there, when I told your person to check in front of mine to show me the fitness of the handset, it was failed. Then they informed me that they want to intervene it again with my battery, though it was working with their one. I accepted it and left it to them. Now today evening I received a call from your center that my phone has some unsolvable hardware problem and I have to collect it without solving that (though it was working yesterday).
    Now my question is unsolvable if the problem is , then how it was working on the previous day ( as I have been informed, Token no-H43, 5th Jan,2011) . If it is working on 5th Jan,2011, then I believe there must be some serious mistake for your technical person which causes the unsolvable problem of my phone. Today when I received my phone (Token No-H43), I asked the same question to your employee, but unfortunately he told "I don't know, how it happens" and also informed that he has written " not repaired and returned". I asked regarding the reason of problem caused, but the other side was unreplied. Any way, I have sign it and collect it, as I don't want to create seen over there(several customer were present, which could create a different situation there), I had pen through the the other line and collected it ( You can check the Job sheet). I could not remember the full Job Sheet no. but last no is 4/10.
    As a bonafied Nokia hand set holder for ~ last 7 years, I am taking this opportunity to request you to intervene into this matter and rectify my phone, so that I can restrict myself to go further.

    Question complaint against service of nokia.

    sir,

    i purchase a nokia handset dated-29/12/2010.which have 1 year full warrante.but suddenly i faced a problem in my nokia n-73 handset.(Rs-12000/-)
    then i contact to the dealer,he ask me to go for nokia care.
    then i go there but they told me that this handset is out of warrante.but i purchase it only a weak ago.
    so please help me to solve out my problem.

    i purchase nokia 5233 in the month of April 2010.in the month December my mobile in not work touch-pad on for that i visit nokia care(ahmedabad in sahibag ) and repair my hand sat. but after one week i face to same problem in my Mobile and i am going to second time nokia care(ahmedabad in sahibag ) now in January i face So many problem in my mobile. what can i do please kindly help me.

    i have nokia n97mini,i had a problame in my phone is over heating ,phone restart,battry some time automatical full, first i give in nokia care navsari ,gujarat.in november after that they update my phone ,but i got same problame,after that i m going to surat nokia care, but they don't take my mobail becouse first i give to navsari tha's y.and then again i submited my phone in navsari nokia care the tuk my mobail and give me a only paper recipt they don't give me jobshet,the submited date is 12/01/2011 and now a date is 18/01/2011 but they don't responce me and when i go thair they searching my mobail in care. my phone had battry problame and thay give me back battry..now wot can i do ??and after few days my battery warranty "ll finished...give me nodal officer number or email add on my mail id yug.angel@yahoo.in ,,i hope my this complane will notes to u:

    Sir/Madam, I have purchased 6303 Classis Handset from Retail Shop. But it was start giving problem then i submitted handset on Nokia care (Desters Digital Lab on Manglam palace Delhi-110085) on 27th July 2010. But problem was unsolved. later on i did not complaint again for same problem due to they take 4-5 days to solve again.
    But Serious problem arise when my handset was showing SIM registration failed. Again I visited same Nokia Care centre(Dexters Digital Lab) with JOB Sheet Number -114433527/101201/35 on dated 1st December 2010. on that time they said that they will take 7-8 hundred rupees to solve the same. the I said ok. But After 4 days I received call that your handset is UN -repairable. They given excused that you have shown your set to outside market. But I have never shown that set to anywhere. Then I called Nokia customer Care and after their intervention they again take it and promised that they will resolved the same but after a week they said it is un-repairable. Again I called Nokia Customer care (Reference Number 1-11347809286)and they intervene to Nokia care people Mr. Kaushal Sharma--In charge of Dexterls Digital LAb. He said give me one week more time to repair it. But after one week he said it is unrepeatable and you collect your handset.

    I am very much upset due to of that kind of response from Nokia care. If Nokia handset unrepeatable after one year then it means i have to purchase every year new handset and in this way I have to waste my money. Why I choose Nokia Handset for that kind response. I humble request to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE office Pls. resolved my problem otherwise I have next option to go Consumer court for same.

    I bought a nokia 6700 at 1.5 months back. There is a problem in that phone like head set is not working and its getting hanged up. So i want and gave in nokia care for repait it they took 3 day. ang gave me back. After a week time the same problem came and they took 4 days time. again after 3 days only i got the same issue. So again i gave it for repair this time they took it for 8 days and canged the mother board. So what should i do. In the care they said to got to the nokia showroom ang replace it. Then i went to nokia care. I was shocked that you have to go and check at the care again. So as i value for money. And the company has to value the costumer Pls try to replace the mobile..call me if you can i can explain you in detail 9494422477

    sir,

    i am the student of IET,LUCKNOW. there is a problem with my mobile phone nokia 5800 xpressmusic(display flickering).so i gave my mobile to nokia care,hazratganj lucknow to service it at 8 january,2011.
    but they call me to come back 2 days after to take my set from there.on 10 january ,i have a call from nokia care,that your set is sent to main branch to Noida to be serviced.
    after my semester exam i returned to home on 15 january.On 18 january again there was a call from nokia care that your mobile phone you can received now. I told them that i will be there till 21st january.
    but when i reached early on 20 january,i found my mobile was not there.they told me that there is a problem remain in your phone ,so it is given to engineer to take with him to service it and called me to came back in evening.
    i have many doubts about it.
    when i reached again at evening ,i found someone is using my phone since 19th,because there are some messages in my set of him and he was not an engineer.so there is missuse of mobile phone.i lost my jobsheet no.

    kindly take a action against the incharge of related nokia care.
    i will be thakfull.i am waiting for your reply.

    Dear Sir.

    I have purchased NOKIA 5800Xpressmusic from retail store during February 2010. Due to some display flickering problem (which is most common problem in this model) in my handset, I gave my mobile to Nokia Care , Tinsukia for repairing /servicing on 24.01.2011 (EMEI No-358247038819129, JOB sheet no-12124 dated 24.01.2011). But they refused to repair my mobile within warranty period and said that I have to pay Rs 1800 for its repair stating that the mobile is having ingress of water. When physically checked by me in front of them I did not notice any ingress of water and they are not able to reply me to my satisfaction. Similar situation happened to one of my collogues when it was in warranty period.
    Being a good brand image , I bought this mobile and this sort of response from Nokia Care really upsets me. Why I choose Nokia Handset for that kind of response ? So I request you to intervene into this matter and rectify my phone, so that I can restrict myself to go further.

    Angry harassed by nokia care services

    Hello,
    This is about Nokia Care Rishikesh. I went to them for a new body for my n82, which was out of warranty period. When I called them they told me that it will cost me 2800/-. But when I actually went there. They told me that the whole body is going to cost me around 4000/-. I ordered for the front panel and keypad only. I was told that it will take within one month. After several callings and after 1 and 1/2 months, they told me that the body has arrived. I gave them my phone. But I was surprised that when they returned the phone only half of the parts were assembled to the phone. They told me that right now only this has come and I have to wait some days for the remaining part. The worst thing that happend when I got my phone back was all the keys of the keypad stopped working. When I asked them about that they didn't have a satisfactory answer. And I still didn't get the remaining part in 4 months. I don't know what to call this. This kind of care centres are erasing all the goodwill and reputation earned by Nokia. It looks like vegetables vendors are trying their hands in repairing such a revolutionary invention as mobile phones, with such a big brand as nokia. Total fraud!

    i have purchased nokia x6 16gb dated 30/09/2010 from hotspot rohtak near gohana stand with rate 15564 rupees.i had faced so many problems regarding it like software,touch,flash light,equliser & hanggging problem etc. but several times approximately 8 to 9 times , i had visited nokia care centre near vijay dawar hooda complax but they did not satisfie me.i think due to facing these problems i had waseted time and money by bought this. . please sir allow them to replace it.i will be thankfull for this kind act.

    Default Nokia - 7210 handset problem

    I had bought a nokia-7210 handset in the month of may-2010 from Mobile Store Kolkata. In the month of oct-10 my handset got dead , i had submitted the same to nokia care centre ( aryans communication) at Lucknow , they had repaired & gave the same back . but again after 3 days same problem had occured. i had submitted my phone 5 times in the same centre but every time same problem had occurred after 3-4 days.
    when i had gone to nokia centre in the month of jan-2011 for the same issue with my handset they said that the internal seal of my handset is broken so they are not able to repair it under the warranty.
    i dont understand how can a customer will check as what had happened internal hardware of handset.
    i am continuously follow up with nokia team reagding the issue but of no use from last 4 months.

    I am bhagvat bhosale from pune . my cell model No is nokia c5 is not working (Display Problem) last 15 days so I give complente and with my cell your authorised service center (Akshay care,shop4/5,Gold House,Dnyneshwar Paduka Chowk,F.C.Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune 411005.). but those people are not response proparaly. he is telling Display is not available and not receving my phone last 15 days so how I am manage.

    Last 15 days I am not Riciving any phone and massage. Please take action immidiatly and give me service propraly.

    On 8th September 2010 i purchased Nokia C6 Handset, Just three months after that i faced some problems with the touch screen, So gave my handset to Nokia Bangladesh Care (On 7th January) with a assurance of giving it back in maximum 15days. Still I havent received it. I dont know wat to do, i m chasing them and pushing them for this like anything but there is no any final commitment form there side. I m totally frutrated as i dont know wat to do.

    Can somebody help me.

    Question complain against nokia care, modinagar ghaziabad

    hi.
    i had given my nokia N-86 which has problem associted with charging at nokia care center modinagar, ghaziabad before 27 jan 2011.
    they change its charging jack and i paid Rs. 940 for it.
    On taking back my cell after 7 days that jack again dislocated as m not present in modinagar i take that cell to some other nokia care in jaipur. at that center they refuse to take my cell to remove the issue arrise.
    they said to me that the inner circuit of the cell is disturbed and the jack is not fixed properly.
    than i give my cell to the same nokia center at modinagar on 7th feb 2011 and ask for a weeks time
    afterwards when i reach nokia care center to take my set the body of my cell was physically damaged and they cut the body near jack portion and fixes the jack which looks wiered. i oppose that thing as my cell's body as damaged ,asked them to replace the body and place the charging jack at the proper position.
    on 27 feb 2011 when i again went to nokia care to take my cell i find the back cover broken. the jack is completely broken. they refunded me my money and said to me that they are not able to fix the problem.
    now m worried as tell by nokia care, jaipur that the employ working at modinagar care disturbed internal circuitary of the cell. i want to have some action against the nokia care , modinagar branch, ghazibad and my cell in good condition.

    Default charging money for repairing, new nokia mobile in nokia service center

    Hello sir,

    I stay in India, have got a New 5130 express mobile from UAE by my relative.
    and its above not more than 4 months I used.
    One day i was using net in laptop connecting from my mobile.
    And suddenly, it got dead -unresponsive,
    screen got blank, no charging, no swith-on.

    I went for nokia care unit, and i showed to technician, in just 2 minutes,
    he asked me 400/- on spot, without checking perfectly, even.
    and he said it is a out-country mobile.

    is it the response from nokia centers from a coustmer should experience..?
    is that difference between the country made..?
    if so in papers ads and tv ads, please nokia service center mention the above Rule if it is Correct.

    I m thinking to lodge a case against it.

    And even in the folders like music, videos, themes, nokia has encrypted a download option file.
    which is a un necessary for a common man, by pressing it normal people are loosing their money by connecting to internet. and that is unable to delete.
    its should be removed from nokia mobiles.
