sir i had a problem in my nokia N73 music edition , accutally it was workig good , i tried to updated my software by nokia software updater tso i connected to my laptop process was going on suddenly my laptop shutdown due to low battery so i reconnected my mobile again but no use its dead not switch oning, i know what i did actually i had 6 months experience cell phone servicing, we can just flash it and reload the software it will be ok . i took it to nokia care chenni in annanagar they told me you have hardware problem so you need to pay 2800 rs , so got back the mobile and gave it to nokia care in coimbatore they charged me 230 rs only i have all copy bills with me , how can we over come this,nokia care stealling money from public so beaware friends

dearsir/madam, i would begto inform you dat i submitted my N82 MOBILE with a complain of blank display on 09/08/2010 at nokia care in BARASAT[ KOLKATA]. at tha date of delivary no sooner did i brought my my phone back 2 home thae problem of blank display occured again. i visited again to nokia care an again tha took the phone in there custody . again on tha delivery date the same thing happened as mentioned above. and this maetter took place for the 3rd time again. it seems they lack proper efficiency in there work. i paid a sum of RS 2550 IN hope that my problem would be solved but the way i am being treated I FEEL LIKE I AM CHEATED. i would be thankfull 2 u if u take proper action into the matter. or else i would be forced to take legal action.
I have a Nokia E 52 and its screen had a crack while it was in my pocket. my complaint is not being adhered to and i have bought it in February 2010 only but it is not being repaired.

SIR i submited my nokia handset 7210C on 27aug with battery.
for checking ringer&keypad.They check set &their operator said
me that set reuire 8 days for repairing,i agree with her,operator
give me their reciept without metioning wherther the batteryis recieved
or not.
after 8 days iwent to nokia care they refused that they should not
take any kind of thing (i.e SD,sim,battery.).they sohw me stamp
for not reciving BATTERY SIM SD etc.
This stamp is not stamped on reciept,theyalso have fault in dateof reciept.
So,i requested to respected consumer court take action
as fast as you .

sir i had a problem in my, 5233 nokia , i gave my cell to nokia care, lakshmi nagar, trans yamuna. its red button was not working, the person working there said me that u have to leavethe cell 4 one week, and i lft it there but after one week when i got that it was again not working.and with that rest to buttons of calling and menu , and touch was also not working. Next day i again went their and again left it 4 one week. and after one week , when i got my cell, it was again not woking. And asain i went there, and they agatn submitted my cell an gave me old one job sheet. and ater 9 days they caller me and said that ur ser is ok u can take it. When i went their and got my cell, asain the cell was not working. Now it is getting switch off and buttons and is also not working. So its a hummble request to take an action and help me. I m in a mess. by purchasing this cll. u can chech also as my job sheet no. was 4935.

iam with all my friends who suffered alot with misbehaving attiude of nokia customer care in delhi towards customer... i have faced this problem twice at jail road (west delhi)

listen my friends , compaling in courts nd consumer forum is not a solution.. they all are corrupted badly..we need to do something against nokia.
its my request to all consumers stop buying nokia phones nd go through some other company bt don't buy nokia cell..
its my humble request to all consumers to teach a lesson this nokia company...
because your are not today facing problem but later on , it can b happen with u also.. so pls, join this moto nd help people hard earning ..

1) On the very third day, it was on charging and when i removed charger, its screen was out of working. i got a new sreen from customer care.
2) After five days of repair, its softwares got corrupted, got a new softwares installed from customers care.
3) Now a days i am facing the same software corruption problem as cell gets hang down and then restarts itself many a times a day.
4) Alongwith when i call someone, voice is not clear most of the times.
5) Its bluetooth audio device is totally nonfunctional.
Sir, i am a professional of marketing, i know all the impacts. And i am totally dissatisfied from nokia's poor products and services. And i wont be getting its solutions within the adequate time period, then ofcourse as a layman and frustrated marketeer, i am supposed to defame your products and services as much as possible but i thoght to make to step here first to inform you people to sort out my problem. on 2nd June 2009 which was bought few months ago and its EMI no. is 356833028382756. The problem is that till date nothing has been updated about it when i called up the manager He told me that i will be getting a new handset, but all these things are totally false, now i am so frustrated with their behaviour and i have decided to move to consumer forum.I had even called up Nokia care helpline and my complaint Number is1/11138001479,the person handling the call assured to me that it will be resolved within 48 hours but now its almost a month no reply.Are they fooling the customer.My request for you is to count the delay they've made in years and months and let me know what is the solution from your end so that i can procced ahead to consumer forum.
Hi everybody, i planed buy nokia c5 model. that is i asked authorized dealer of Northern point cellular in carrefour shopping center in pulau pinang. But that salesman say very highest price than other shopper. then why you put your name nokia authorized dealer. ex.c5 model original RM699.00. then he did not give proper answer to customer. seriously i say first time i feel my bad time. i think the Northern point cellular & accessories shop staff also treated the customer is same like beggar. I dont like this kind of activities. Don't go authorized dealer of nokia especially Northern point cellular.

I being a regular customer of your company am suffering a lot due to unsolved problems by the local representatives of your company. Sir i bought nokia7230 approx 1st week of may and had a lot of problem due to that set so i submitted the cell phone in the nearest nokia care 8-9 times and many time the model was swapped, but the problem did'nt finish so from the last 7 months the swapping system or repairing system is going on and i could use the set for just 20-25 days only.... In that case i requested them to change my cell phone model and solve my problem, so they gave me a second hand nokia5233 and charged me 800rupee telkind that its the difference in amount of the model and took advantage of my simplisity and innocence and did'nt give me the bill when i asked and the cell 5233 is also full of problem. It takes 5-6hrs to charge fully nd doesnot last more than2-3.5 hrs also if contineously used......
So i kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
For this work of mine i shall be highly oblidged to you.

I, Mangesh Dumbre am purchased the Nokia handset 5130c-2 W Silver on 03.11.2009 at Relation Electronics, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai – 400086 as per Bill No.2544 and the IMEI No. 3580060-39441980. My handset was worked fine but only Radio shown as switched off after put of headset also.
I thought my phone was in warranty period so on 30/08/2010 we gave this handset to your authorized Nokia Care Center at Fones For U, situated at 28, Prime Mall, Irla Lane, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai, Ph: 022 26231515 / 26213062 (Head of Care Centre Mr. Rahul). I explain my problem as radio was not functioning after putting headset. (Jobsheet No.573504867/100830/44) The desk executive who attend my complaint wrote No blue tooth connection. After enquiring, she told the connection of Bluetooth and radio is same inside. I ignored the same and after opening the said mobile by her executive he found one small white spot. They shown me and explain your mobile was damaged by water and now your warranty void and require to replace the card. She gave me budget for the same was Rs.1,638/- and told me the said mobile to our head office for replacement of card. We don’t have authority to do the same. There is no option to me because I blindly trust to NOKIA Care Center and agree to pay the said amount. After 3 day call came from the said care centre and told me your mobile was absolutely ready and you pay the amount of Rs.1,090/- for the same. When I saw the invoice, I told desk executive that my problem was only with radio and you charged me for Antenna Module-03, Switch Side and Camera – 02 (Invoice No.3502 dated 03.09.2010). In fact my camera was absolutely working condition. She replied it is connected parts so it was replaced. After long time waiting at service centre, I paid the amount and take back my mobile only on signing of the service job sheet because she told me, don’t worry, the mobile was fully examine by our service center.
After at around 1 month, I came back from my official tour and started to use of the said mobile, I found that the radio was working but after connection of headset, music player was not working. Without headset music player was also work. Then again I went to your customer care centre on 19.10.2010, (Jobsheet No.573504867/101019/30) again executive on your care center gives me quotation of Rs.500/- for the repairing of fault and again I agree the same but at the time of taking delivery of the said mobile customer care executive again told me there is major fault in your phone and the quotation of the said fault repairing is Rs.1,090/- . Then I deny to pay the said amount. After hearing my say the head of Care Centre Mr. Rahul assure me to sort out my problem at the earliest. But till today they did not repair my said mobile phone.
I have following question in my mind :
1. Is this Nokia Warranty after sales?
2. After paying (approximately 20% cost of mobile i.e. Rs.1,090/-) in warranty period then also services was unsatisfied why?
3. In this competition age I brought china mobile on this repairing cost, then why customer trust on NOKIA Mobile?
4. If the Customer service centers do not fulfill my services then what is the use of customer care centers?
Kindly expedite my quarry at the earliest otherwise I will take step to go to consumer court.

My nokia 5130 xpressmusic is giving me troubles consistently,
my phone is IN WARRANTY period(purchase 21/6/2010),
first it was not starting but after i contacted Nokia care (22/10/2010) ,they sent my handset to delhi centre and it tool 10-11 days to repair (returned on 2/11/2010) ,but after 5 days it is again giving me problems of restarting again and again ..
i have purchased Nokia brand by its good will but now its getting worse ..what are the conditions on which they can replace my handset ?
HELP !:D
