Airtel Post paid Connection Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Thirumal.M. Working in Bangalore. I am using
Airtel Post paid Connection for past more than 6 months. I have another 2
number as well. Totally i have 3 post paid connection in my name.
1. 9008399822
2. 9611134321
3. 9611143420
these are the numbers. All the three numbers are in CUG connection. In
Between CUG there is no call charges.
Generally I made the payment without checking the bill.Casually I
have checked Last January month bill and i came to know there is FRAUD in my
bill.I got Call charges in between the numbers. So Wrote a mail to
121@airtelindia.com and I have explained every thing in that mail. But
Still I didn,t get any reply from them.
In between so may times the incoming and Outgoing Calls were
disconnected for the number 9611134320. So I Called to Customer care and
Spoke to the manager level people. They were release the outgoing call
disconnection. Then I explained all the things about the Bill. They were
promise and they were told me that we will revise the bill from mid of
Novermber 2008. and they were promise that they will send me a revised bill
by 3rd of March 2009. They were ask me that no need to pay the bill for all
the three numbers till the bill were revised. So i didnot pay the bill for
january.But Still I did not get the bill.
Now the number 9611134320 number were fully disconnected. If i talk
to the Customer care mangers and Executives they were ask me made the
paymeny. If I am asking them How much do i need to pay? then they were
blidly tell me that " Sorry sir, We dont have that much Information"
something like that.
Totally I was in Tension for past 1 month because of this issue.
Herewith I have forwarded the mail which i have sent to
121@airtelindia.com and their reply.
Please sir have a look. And Please help me the same. to get the perfet
solution. You are the only hope. So many people will affect by this. You
have to take care this.

Hello,
I wrote mail regarding the issue in my bill. But still i did not
get any proper reply from your side. In between this my 9611134320 number
incoming and outgoing call got disconnected two times.
I called two times and spoke to the Manager level people. Once my previous
bills were revised and then only i will pay my bill amount.

I have received my January month bill on 14 Feb 2009. In that bill you were
mentioned that I did not pay the bill for the month of december but I paid
the bill on 21 st January itself.
There is no tarrif between the CUG numbers. thats also markd in the
attached file January-5 file. Have a look.
After checking my bill I found that lots of?outgoing?calls from 9611134320
to other 2 CUG numbers were charged for most of the calls.?Few calls were
not charged also.

If I dont get proper explainations from you, I?have to?take further
necessary actions.

Airtel mobile communication.
I am mr.firoz alam living in g-39 Nehru colony dehradun.Uttrakhand.my mobile no. is 9760019131 a post paid no.
Which has been disconnected from the last 40hrs outgoing and incoming is barred. According to your local
Franchisee’s executive committed me to pay my out standings through easy recharge from any where in dehradun.
After your payment we will activate my no. in 10 minutes. But, after a payment by cash that executive did not receive
My call from the last 10 hrs.and there is no action have been taken from airtel franchisee as known as
PAR Enterprises, ebd business center, rajpur rd.dehradun.
Kindly take an immediate action. I have already lost so many working hrs and money too. And active my no.9760019131
As soon as you can. Otherwise I’ll never go for airtel mobile connection in future.
