dear concerned,
i am a user of vodafone cellular service. i want to register a complaint against this cellular service. this service provider is activating several service(paid) according to its own wish. they have activated a service called gurbani on my cell no 9988068723 on Saturday i.e.-18/4/09. they deducted 49 rps from my prepaid account for this service due to which my account balance went negative and i was unable to make a call or send a message even. this costed me very heavily as i had lost a deal because of not calling the concerned on time. they activated the service on there own as neither i sended a msg... nor i asked them to activate this service. when i called there customer care they said that the it has been activate due to a promotional call that too i haven't attended. when i asked them to fill the complain first they denied it completely but upon pressuring they mailed a formal draft to their seniors. the details of the conversation with the vodafone executive are as follows name : virender jamwal , call code- 1677354810 and asked me to wait until monday i.e-20/04/09. they haven't taken any action yet and upon calling they said that they can't refund the money as its not their mistake. kindly look into this matter as i feel like being cheated by this cellular service and want to file a complaint against this harassment.
