Respected and Dear all,
I have been using the spice sim for about one and half year. But since from last ten
months the company is activating some offered services live Missed call alerts,
Caller Tune and some other of this kind to my number. without my request.On calling
customer care i was told to deactivate those services by sending some Messages and i
did accordingly. But that problem was not solved,and which made me to contact them
again for several times. And one strange thing was that the company was deducting 30
Rupees For each service every month. Totally i am loosing 60 Rs. some times even 90
Rs. per month. I have again called Customer care Three months ago and i have
Cancelled all the services and requested them not to provide those services for me.
But till the date (4th March 2009) i have been loosing My Currency. This is such an
unethical business any other company would do. Grabing money from Customers in this
manner has aversed me a lot. Kindly suggest what is
the further action i should take in this regard.
