MY name is Gagan and my service provider is Airtel. my number is 9730985326.
There has been a regular deduction from balance of Rs. 15/- which is almost daily. Rs. 15/- are deducted for no reason at all. there are no services activated on my phone.
This is been constant harassment to me and it has caused me mental trauma. i have made innumerous call to their call center , visited the airtel gallery near my house countless times and also written to the nodal officer almost 20 times but i've have met with highly unprofessional people and un cooperative behavior on their part. i have spoken to
nodal officers namely Kritika, Deepika & Manikant who have not helped me in any way whatsoever and my latest mails are not been reverted.
