    Default Airtel customer care

    It’s been long time since I am calling all the executives for the simplest issue. Just because of that my outgoing services have been barred and am facing many problems. Without my information GPRS and MO was activated and I have been charged 945 rupees for not activating it. It seems that airtel is imposing unfair amount to its customer. I have called them several times but nobody has helped me so far. They promised that the issue will be fixed by 17th Feb. but no go so far. If Airtel doesn’t want to keep me as a customer
    I won’t mind. I will pay the entire amount and will discontinue all the services and will surely ask all of my friends and relatives to discontinue all the services. I would like to escalate this issue to highest most authority so that I can get it fixed.

    Unhappy dear customer care,

    im haritha,my mobile no is 9959684761..im from hyderabad
    y did u limit the messages to 100 per day!!how rediculous is this??even i recharged my no..with the message card of 22 but yet thats not working ...i have been charged rs.1/- 4 the additional sms..how can u do this...i had a deduction of 38 rs from my main balance for the sms!!!??? on 27 febraury.. 2011.
    i contacted care he said me that its an notification of TRAI...how can u do this...i have an message plan i dont want these limited sms pack!!!!even i contacted some of the airtel subscribers too, they just said me that they are not been charged anything suchh...
    y only im charged????its very unfair.. this is really a unfair practice!!!why r u charging alone while the other service providers are allowing the sms packs to the subscribers!!!!the response 4m the care is also unappluaded!!!i had a negligent response from the care!!!!
    i just want my sms pack back!!i dont want these limited sms!!im really annoyed by this!!im a customer from 4 years n i always appluaded ur services!!but this is not gonna work!!please replace the sms offer im not at all satisfied with this limited packs!!dont let subscribers find the other service providers!!!!
    ..already two of my friends changed their networks!!please kindly look in to the issue!!i will be very thankful if you look forward in to the matter !!!plase kindly respond!!

    From being once a market leader in quality service Airtel has denegrated into one of the Worst any customer can experience.The desperation with which they cheat their customers these days is appalling..SHOCKING.Here are a few of their new wonderful cheating schemes

    MNP CHEATING SCHEME :
    Just be wary of accepting the MNP offer from Airtel if they try to entice you to stay back with them as they start to cut money from the account as soon as the offer is over. What is worrying is the IMPOSSIBILITY to stop the daily money drainage even after complaining and asking the offer to be stopped.According to the customer service you need to recharge or pay them money to stop the offer which you didnt ask them to activate in the first place )


    DISAPPEARING CUSTOMER CARE
    when u complain they will assure you the scheme will be stopped but nothing of the sort is goin to happen. They secretly continue draining your account. Being the smart people they are they deactivate the customer care option from your phone.How much ever you try to reach a customer care executive all your calls will be cut with message "Thanking you for calling Airtel"

    DISAPPEARING BALANCE & OUTGOING CALLS
    After they make it impossible for you to reach their customer care service you might want to call their nodal office. Once you register a complaint with nodal office you will be assured that they will look into the problem.YOu might even get a sms saying the problem is resolved ) But dont be fooled with AIRTEL cos they have ELEVATED CHEATING to an ART FORM. You can be assured that the problem will continue and AIRTEL WILL BE MORE CAREFUL when they cut money from your account.(they will do it smaller amounts ) They might even deactivate your Outgoing calls so that you cannot complain or contact them anymore )How innovative Mr Mittal ) Long live Airtel!!

    Default airtel custamer care and bill generation

    My bill is getting generated wrongly and no revelent response is getting for me from the customer care.
    the customer care is a complete mess for me. the executives is not even attending the call properly and disconnecting the call without intimating and even mute as well as keeping the call without intimating. The airtel customer care and bill generation team is a complete mess.
