Regarding Unactivation of SMS Services Dear Sir,
My name is Vikas Parmar from indore an IT professional (Mob. No. 9993125149 - Airtel No.). I recharged my mobile with Rs. 64 SMS voucher and i also got recharge successful message, but the service is not activated, still my balance is shortened for each sms. I recharged it on 07-09-2010 at 10:53 AM and i got msg with TransID 1362042966. I also contact to customer care but they are unable to give satisfactory answer. Sir its not the matter of Rs. 64 its the matter of inconvenience caused and the rude behavior of customer care executives of Airtel. Please do the needful in this matter.
