Hi,

I got postpaid AirTel corporate connection some days back but facing a serious problem with network.

There is sudden network drop many times a day.

Most of AirTel subscribers are facing same problem and porting to other networks because,
sometime if you have to make a urgent call then it shows zero network.
Same thing happened to me too. In IT industry a late call is a serious problem. You can understand too.

I am at Phase-1, Hinjewadi, Pune(Maharashtra).

Since morning, when ever i am calling on any network. It is giving me "All lines are busy, Please try after some time". In effect, people trying to call me unable to reach.

If I am trying the same number with other network, it is working properly.

I am hoping, please resolve the the issue.

I am a resident of Bhusari Colony , kothrud and m having lots of problems with my range n gprs pack its connecting for 2 mins then m not able to connect to internet but my balance is deducted ....
I have a gprs pack of 92 yet its not servicing properly and neither are my calls or messages are getin connected or delivered ....
Tried contacting on 198 but all I get to hear is some shit songs and ads and no customer service ....
Seriously really annoyed with airtel customer service ......
